A true Cajun seasoning.
The ever first time I tried the cajun flavour, was when I was working in London and had totally fallen in love with it. And for being so delicious, I retained a distinct memory of it on how it tasted, its aroma and that drawing herby fragrance even after many years! But I wasn't sure if Keya would intrigue me to that same level with an ethnic spice like this one, cajun in particular, even though I had a pleasant encounter with this brand before. So I wasn't holding bigger expectations to be less dissapointed in case the product wasn't that good in comparison with my previous experience. Conclusion? It instantly took me back to the same space on my first try. This is how true to the original flavour this Keya's cajun seasoning is! They have certainly excelled in this one. And because I am Vegan by choice, it helps me to cure and flavor my mock meats in an instance. But there is this one problem I faced from the start of using it. That unusual 'innovative smart bottle' cap to sprinkle and pour which they proudly advertise here? It just doesn't work as the grounded fresh herb and spice powder naturally retains moisture because of which it doesn't flow freely from the outlets and collects to stick on surface and around creating a clingy mess. The cover below the safety lid wasn't even twist-opening as it was fitted very firmly over the bottle! So I carefully pulled open the cover with force and transfered the whole content into another container. I really hope that the pouring mechanism changes sooner in future.
