Felt cheap when i was putting it together especially the back as well as the coverings for the mechanics however I gotta say its super comfortable and at 275+ when purchased it has held up well over the past 90 days including the cushion. Once put together it doesnt feel that cheap. I went from an ergonomic office chair so having to adjust the back degree rather than being able to lean back freely was an adjustment but not a big deal. Cushion compression has been minimal. I spend 8+ hours a day in the chair working 7 days a week. Would buy again. Oh. I'll also add that I have fallen asleep reclined in this chair too many times to count.

I rarely leave reviews, but this chair absolutely deserves a warning to others and I would give it no stars if I could. Within just a few weeks of light use, the seat stitching started ripping, and now there's an unsightly gap that’s only getting worse. Even worse, one of the armrests snapped off entirely, which, after checking other reviews, I now realize is a common issue that the manufacturer clearly hasn't addressed and appears to be a design flaw which is not fixable, due to the screws actually being inside of the armrest itself. Instead, support gives the runaround that the part will restock after a month. Now going on only TWO months of ownership, and there is no light at the end of the tunnel to get this addressed. Upon demanding a full refund, I have been ghosted by support.The materials feel cheap, the construction is flimsy, and for the price, this chair is an utter disappointment. I expected at least basic durability – this isn’t even fit for occasional use. Customer service was no help either; they brushed it off like this wasn’t a known problem.Avoid this chair unless you want to throw your money away and shop for a replacement in a month. I wish I had listened to the negative reviews before buying.

My Brother in law wanted this chair because he is a gamer, however, my husband works from home and has been wanting a new computer chair that is comfortable for his back to be sitting in all day, so he took it from my BIL lol. My husband loves this chair so much he bought my brother in law another one and one for me as well. We all love them, it helps you to have good posture, it is very comfortable, everything is adjustable, and it comes with the head rest pillow and a back pillow which I use everyday working from home. It rolls smoothly on carpet as well definitely a huge upgrade from my old computer chair. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to save their back from the pain of having to sit at their computer for long periods of time.
