This gel therapy neck wrap by Newgo is brilliant. It can be used both hot and cold and holds its temperature well. It has a thick gel pad surrounded by soft comfortable fabric. It is very easy to use and provided relief quickly. It is well made, great quality and feels durable too. I'm really pleased with this wrap and have reccomeneded it to friends.

This has the softest and most gorgeous feel to it, perfect for my neck which is why I have given 3 stars, sadly, it is soo thin that any warmth from the body would heat the iced gel up in no time rendering is not fit for purpose. So sad as it is the softest silkiest neck wrap I have seen. I wish the seller would make it a bit thicker I would gladly buy it.

This has the potential to be a great product but it is let down by disjointed instructions. To use it cold simply pop it in the freezer for 2 hours. However to use it as a heat pad you need to be sure not to overheat it when putting in the microwave. The advert says to put it in the microwave for 30 seconds on medium! But what is medium on your microwave is likely to be different from mine so potentially I/you could overheat it. However the instructions come with a chart that gives you times and power outputs for the various sized wraps S,M,L,XL and says the size can be found on the product. There isn’t a size or any label whatsoever on the product just some dimensions on the box so you are left with a trial and error scenario that could cause damage and/or injury when heating this up. I have other gel pads that warn of the dangers of overheating on the pad itself and provides the respective times and microwave powers on the same label to reduce any risk. This thing has nothing if you loose the ridiculously small set of next to useless instructions. This product is a fail I. My opinion purely on safety grounds.

This is one mighty fine product. Occasionally I suffer from Robocop neck so this will be a godsend. Stiff neck? Nuke it for thirty seconds and wrap around neck for soothing relief. Velcro fasteners at the front to keep it in situ. Although the weight of the gel really helps hold it in place anyway. It moulds to your neck and can be used on top or underneath your clothes. I got a lovely pastel green colour. The outer material is stretchy so watch wrapping it around your neck. Depending on how you attach the velcro to each other I can foresee a couple of near strangulation taking place with me being the first, lol. I took it out the box and tried it on without heating it up or cooling it down. It was cold. Real cold. I only hope in the future my neck will benefit from heat therapy rather than cold. I'm off to do some necking, some hot necking...

Cools very quickly, easy to use and was helpful for post-surgery knee too.

I just started riding a bike for exercise, and my first trip didn't go so well; I almost passed out due to the extreme heat we've been having. So I browsed Amazon for a good cold pack, and thought I'd try this one because I liked the look of it. Turns out it was a fine choice! First of all, the neck wrap comes with a sturdy ziplocking bag, which helps to keep the wrap from absorbing any food odours you might have in your freezer. The wrap itself is a nice gel that gets quite cold, but unlike previous cold packs I've used, the wrap still remains soft and flexible. It does a good job of covering the neck and the top of my shoulders, and stays in place thanks to a—not really a velcro thing, but something like that? It essentially works like velcro, but isn't prickly and doesn't irritate the skin. The wrap was comfortable to wear, and cooled me down quickly. I have to mow my lawn soon, and will try wearing this while doing it. The instructions say you can also microwave this and use it as a heat wrap, but I haven't tried that yet.

It's a good ice pack but the model must have a large neck as this gaps on mine so I can't use the Velcro to wrap. It's still wraps well over neck and upper back but this is not a one size fits all

I didn’t order this for myself, but for my brother who had neck surgery, and was having a difficult time hold an ice pack in place. I spoke with him yesterday, and he thanked me a dozen times because it was “just what the patient needed”. To say the lease, he is so grateful for it. He is 90 y.o., and this makes it easier for him to put it on and take it off.

This neck wrap provides relief on my neck pain but the length of the strap could have been a bit longer to meet the larger size of my neck.

Very comphy but does not hold cold /ice temp for more than 10 min. Better off using ice
