TePe Easy Pick Interdental Brush, Blue, Size: M/L, Pack of 4 x 36

Fantastic product especially for people with sensitive teeth. They don’t contain any metal so comfortable and easy to use. I tend to use blue as these are medium sized with orange being smaller (great for front teeth) and purple and red being bigger. Great value for money and they do a fantastic job of keeping the teeth and gums healthy- daily use has reduced the need to see the hygienist from every 3 months to every 6 months 👍👍

These are the best Interdental brushes I have found. No more splinters or ones that bend as soon as you start and only last for two or three teeth before bending.

These are an excellent alternative to flossing, I have a number of instances where my teeth are too close together to get dental floss between them. With these picks you can get directly between the teeth at the gum level allowing for the same cleaning process as flossing. They are very simple to use, you simply push the pick between your teeth until it stops (if you get to the handle of the pick you need a thicker pick, and if you can only get the very top of the pick between your teeth go for a thinner pick). The picks come with a small case which makes them perfect for travelling, you can easily fit two strips of picks in a case (10 picks). I’m not sure on their expected number of users per pick, but I’ve found that the material on the pick that does the cleaning starts to fray after just a couple of uses. I use two different thicknesses of pick for my teeth, so that works out to be about one pick per full teeth clean.

I use these every day. I had bleeding gums in the pandemic and didn't know what else to do. Within two weeks the problem was gone. They help me get a really clean set of gnashers - without them it feels like only half a job. I use one each time, but you may be able to get them to last longer - my teeth are just very closely packed together and strip them down. This is a good way to buy them - you get roughly one packet free compared to elsewhere.

I didn't realise that unlike the usual TePe products this one comes in packs of 36. I wouldn't have ordered two packs if I'd known.

Leider habe ich 2-4 Stellen im Gebiss, wo sich leicht mal eine Gemüse- oder Fleischfaser festsetzt. Und sehr hartnäckig hält. Zahnstocher helfen nur bedingt, weil man eigentlich diese Faser von außen nach innen durchschieben müsste. Der Zahnstocher wird aber immer dicker, das geht oft gar nicht. Mit der Spitze des Zahnstochers stochern ist eine weitere Möglichkeit, endet aber manchmal in blutendem Zahnfleisch. Die Picks hier sind super: lassen sich leicht durch die Zahnzwischenräume durchschieben, sind sehr schön weich und schmerzen nicht, lassen sich hin und her bewegen: so soll es sein. Und erfolgreich sind sie auch immer. Auch die engeren Zahnzwischenräume lassen sich total einfach reinigen. Das Etui für unterwegs ist sehr praktisch. Kostet umgerechnet 15 ct pro Stück, was natürlich teurer ist als ein Zahnstocher. Aber für den Nutzen ist es dann doch preiswert. Werde ich wieder kaufen.
