I love this design and how powerful this is. This is the perfect laptop for work and personal use. You get laptop capabilities with the convenience of a tablet. The screen size is the perfect size and great quality, the speakers sound great, and the touch screen is super responsive!

I recently purchased the Microsoft Surface Pro 2-in-1 Laptop/Tablet (2024) for my wife, who works in marketing and sales. She’s constantly writing reports, generating Excel spreadsheets, and analyzing customer data, and we needed something that could keep up with her demanding tasks. After using it for a few weeks, I can confidently say this device is a game-changer! The 13" touchscreen is sharp and responsive, making it easy for her to work on detailed reports and spreadsheets. The Snapdragon X Plus processor with 10 cores delivers smooth performance, even when running multiple apps or handling data-heavy tasks. With 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, the device has more than enough power to handle her workload without slowing down. One of the standout features for my wife is how well the Surface Pro integrates with AI to streamline her work. She’s been able to use AI tools for data analysis, report generation, and even customer insights, saving her hours of manual work each week. It’s truly enhanced her productivity in a way I didn’t expect. As for battery life, it’s outstanding. She’s able to work all day on a single charge, which is a huge plus since she often has back-to-back meetings and doesn’t want to worry about plugging in constantly. A couple of things to note: You’ll definitely want to get the keyboard and mouse (sold separately) to get the full experience of using this as a laptop. This product has now become my go-to device for work- its versatile, light, and has a battery life that (so far) means I never have to worry about charging it if I leave the house with the battery mostly full and forget the charger! I've had it for several months now, and I use it almost daily for several hours, outside of holidays. Some of its best uses, especially given its not a bigger laptop, are that it functions very well when you do a split screen display. I was using an hp laptop last year that, although usually very good, would sometimes black out and get confused when I tried to split screen, so the fact that this is marketed as a laptop/tablet and it can handle split screens is very impressive. I also bought the pen, which I was worried I wouldnt use much, but which I've actually found to be really useful. You can use it to take notes in the journal app, but it can also be used to highlight, copy, paste. You can also use it to write things that are then transcribed to the typeface of whatever document you're typing, which is very useful if you need a break from typing. Sometimes I've found that the writing/pen capability will get confused with the screen keyboard capability, but that's usually only happened when I've needed to switch between the two services.

Love it. Does everything I need it to do. I can take it with me, only issue is the keyboard doesn't light up.

I use this all of the time. It has enough power to handle my standard day to day computer and tablet needs, no need for a laptop.

THIS SELLER DOENT GIVE A PRECISE DESCRIPTION OF THEIR PRODUCT. THE ADDITIONAL INFO SAID IT COMES WITH USB-A AND ONLY HAS A USB-C. PRODUCT DIDNT RECONIZE THE DEVICES THAT WERE CONNECTED TO IT. AND STILL THEY CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE FOR RETURNING ITEM THAT DIDNT MEET EXPECTATION OF THE UNIT.

I love it so much. A wonderful tablet with a detachable keyboard (which I got a few months later) so it can become a super light laptop too. It's fantastic!

Have been researching and coveting for a while. And I can say that even as an Apple fanboy, this machine runs wonderfully and is a joy to play/work with.
