Leaks
Leaks. No way to tighten the valve properly. You need a big pipe wrench to grip the main body. The o ring is useless. The threads are too short to make a good seal. Poorly designed .Usual Chinese junk

Gives air an exit from water lines
It's a basic air vent valve made of brass. Not much to fail or go wrong here... My hydronic radiant-heat system is able to pass gas properly! I give it 5 stars for being well-built.
