Included battery is a mystery
Package did not come with programming cable but did come with a stubby antenna not listed. Overall, a win for me. Good price on a nice radio and accessories.Update:There is a USB port in the battery and reference to USB charging in the product listing, but the port does not charge nor does the light come on. Another odd thing about this battery is that it is listed as 3200mAh but feels lighter than my other 3200mAh Wouxun batteries and I can only find Wouxun USB chargeable batteries in 2200mAh capacity.

Would not recommend
The radio's transmitting power on 2m is right around 8 watts and 5watts on 70cm which is very acceptable, even if it is advertised as a 10w radio, most HT's are 5w or less .. The only negative I have found is with the screen. If you are using it in inside its not bad and you can actually see the the display screen, but for outdoor use in an amount of sunlight you can't see it at all, if you tuck it under your shirt and look at it you might be able to. The contrast settings and backlight control settings do not allow you to increase the levels of brightness or contrast for outdoor use, using manual inputs or using the computor software, whch is not very good for an HT ..

NOT 10 WATTS!
EDIT: Listing has since been updated to remove the 10 Watt claim and sticker.Completely false advertising. I had my doubts and once I got the radio on my testing equipment I confirmed it. There is no, NO 9D Plus that transmits at 10 Watts. Put on my power meter this topped out at 5.4 Watts on VHF and 5.3 on UHF, that's a long haul away from 10 Watts. My Yaesu FT-70D beats it at 5.5 Watts. I'll be returning for a refund, buyer beware.
