Originally formulated by the now-infamous BALCO organisation, ZMA has been the subject of a lot of scrutiny, and some of the more extreme claims about its potency have mixed clinical support. ZMA has been included by Capacity First in its range because what is not controversial is that, individually, each of its components have clinically proven benefits to metabolism and recovery. Accordingly, even if the less-evidenced claims of significantly increased muscle strength, elevated testosterone, faster recovery and improved sleep quality are mostly anecdotal, optimising Zinc, Magnesium and B6 levels is just common sense.
