Great Purchase
I bought this tool for a broken sprinkler head connector. The connector broke into the pvc pipe connector and I had no tool to remove the broken piece. Did a quick Amazon search and found this tool, glad I made the purchase. I was able to remove the broken piece within minutes.

Lightweight tool not fit for difficult jobs
Needed a tool to remove a broken portion of a shower head arm from the brass pipe fitting behind the shower wall. First problem with the tool was that the extractor piece was too long, touching the back of the brass fitting before being able to gain grip of the broken pipe portion. I cut a portion of the tool off to solve that issue, but the tool handle was not strong enough to loosen the seized broken pipe nipple. The handle snapped off with the amount of torque applied. If you have a similar situation where the broken pipe is awkward to access, but not seized up, this tool could be OK. In my case I resorted to buying a "Husky Internal Pipe Wrench Set." The tool set itself is actually cheaper, but also needs other tools such as socket wrenches which increases the cost if you don't already have them. However, this professional grade solution met my needs and solved a difficult problem.

Doesn't work! Waste of money
Two major flaws with this product 1 screw on grippers are not toothy enough to grip the broken pipe to be extracted 2 when pressure was extracted on the T handle it snapped off at the top where the horizontal meets the vertical.

Needed tool for all homeowners with Automatic Sprinklers
I am a person who prefers to do my landscaping maintenance myself. This is a tool that you will need to be able to pull out broken pipes from sprinklers after you hit the sprinkler with a lawn mower. The tool itself is easy to use, and comes with two different size pipe removers that work for all typical residential landscaping purposes. I was unable to find the replacement after breaking mine at the local hardware stores, so I was happy when I found this online.

Reams have trouble grabbing plastic fittings
Reams aren’t sharp, so they tend to roll over broken plastic fittings instead of digging in and extracting the piece.

Broke first use
The tee handle twisted off on the first use. I use the remover portion with a open end wrench and it does the job. Tee handle would be great if not so cheap.
