No medical claims are made in this review.I like that it has a combo of COQ10 and PQQ, but my main reason was ordering was the D3 and K2. 90 capsules are a 30 serving supply if you take the 3 capsules are recommended. This product is a little pricey but it does have some high end ingredients! Capsules are easy to swallow and no burps or other issues noted.

Quality Blend
I like that this coenzyme Q10 comes with fish oil and D3/k. It feels like a very complete cardiac health supplement. I also love the d3/ k component as it helps maintain bone density as I age. Only con is that it is a bit pricey. Otherwise easy to swallow and no aftertaste.

Despite the promise of heart health and energy benefits, I experienced no noticeable improvements. The pill size is large and difficult to swallow, and I didn't notice any positive changes in energy levels or overall health.

This product provides quite a few different ingredients that have a good name in the supplement area, CoQ10, Omega 3 Fish Oil, Resveratrol, Quercetin, Turmeric as well as others. This product claims to be a 24 in 1 multi-vitamins and minerals. Label indicates it was made in a GMP facility, Gluten and GMO Free as well as 3rd party testing. The bottle came with 90 capsules and recommends taking 3 a day giving you a 30 day supply. Overall seemed to be decent value for the price.

mix of different things
I like the combination of PQQ, Coq10, D3 and K2. All the rest of the vitamin and plant extracts I could do without. Especially the B-vitamins -- way too many combination supplements contain B-complexes in high doses so I would recommend care if stacking this with other supplements. Which kind of rolls into my 2nd point -- 3 pills is quite a lot to take. 2 is usually the most I'm willing to consider any supplement. Another reviewer noted the website printed on the label is just a placeholder, and that concerns me a lot from an accountability standpoint. Who is this brand?
