Can be a fantastic mobility tool for those with a preexisting history of SMR and other mobility tactic However, your average layman won't benefit

I've tried all type of cervical pain relievers/pillows/massagers but could not find anything better than this so far. Took away my chronic headache. I use only for my neck though. Was little to pointy to use on my back.

Aggressively releases pressure points on posterior neck. If you turn your head a little, can be used on the sides as well. Greatly helps in relieving muscle tension headaches and neck pain.

Item is larger than expected. It’s size doesn’t fit well for any part of the body. The two prongs or posts are too tall and cause the piece to be unstable regardless of where it sits against the body.
