Stopped working
BFR is a game changer for anyone with knee joint issues that wants to work out harder without the pressure on the joints. Both my knee and back doc are all for it. These bands worked for about 6 months 14 times, then it became difficult to attach the pump. Once I got the attachment working the pump itself stopped working. My advice is to buy a better brand.

Good but missing instructions
Great product but some information on how its used should be included. If you don't know anything about it or your LOP you have to google it yourself.

cuff does not stay tight
Cuff requires multiple attempts to stay tight but does still function

Love these!! I purchased a different brand prior to these, did not like the fit or the squeeze/Pressure.By cheap buy twice!!’

Loses pressure
Great concept/product but the cuffs lose pressure despite being placed properly and not sliding on patients legs. Recommend you look for better quality products for your needs.

Gage stopped working.
Guage stopped working after a month. Used them allot, and they were fine until then. Might have to just not buy a cheap set now.

Not reliable
Worked for a few weeks then abruptly stopped in the middle of a workout, pump no longer holds pressure at all. Didn't drop or misuse it, can't identify specifically where the problem is, but it's unusable now.
