Great vitamins
Love this stuff, it includes everything that I was taking as single vitamins, plus a few more. Not an excessive amount of stuff I don't need

KEEP IN MIND
THEY ARE GREAT VITAMINS FOR VEGANS AND NOTICED A DIFFERENCE BUT I FEEL THEY SHOULD COME IN TABLETS NOT capsuls with plastic covering as THAT is NOT GOOD FOR ANY BODY AND WOULD FOR BETTER DELIVERY IN SOME AREAS WHERE THE SUN MELTS THEM SITTING AT FRONT DOORS WHILE PEOPLE GET BACK HOME TO THIER PACKAGES OR IN TRUCKS FOR HOURS TIL THEY ARE DELIVERED! I ALSO FEEL PERHAPS the dosage may be much BEING A VEGAN/PLANT EATER THAT GET ALOT OF MY NUTRITIONS FROM REAL FOOD SO I HAVE BEEN REDUCING MY INTAKE TO 1 OR TWO! NOT SURE WHAT that fishy smell is but PRETTY SURE they are NOT swindling us! NOT favoring the price KNOWING what is taken from MOTHER BEING THE PLANET to profit for others WHILE PEOPLE WANT BETTER HEALTH with made up prices just SHOULD STOP AND THINK HOW CREATOR SENT ALL HERE TO CARE AND SHARE NOT swindle!

Rancid and DISGUSTING
These are 100% rancid. The DHA is extremely foul smelling just like any other fish tablet or algae-based tablet on the market. Break one of these open and smell it - absolutely DISGUSTING. I took these for over a year and so did my whole family & several friends. When you take these, even if it's a fresh batch and none of the tablets broke open in shipping, you will be belching disgusting rancid fish-like odors. They mask it with a strong peppermint flavor on the exterior, in hopes that you don't notice the rancidity. There's no regulations on freshness in the supplement industry so nothing is preventing them from selling you rancid ingredients. Personally I switched to taking Dr. Fuhrman's EPA/DHA supplement & Furhman's daily multivitamin because it covers what's in these but is actually fresh. To my knowledge that is the only fresh DHA product on the market made & stored in a refrigerated environment. Any other one i've tried has been rancid, with Complement being the worst example. And their customer service is a joke. They hire random people from outside the country who have no idea about the products. I've gotten different answers to the same question from different people. Not trustworthy whatsoever. It's a bummer because i was excited for these when they came out. Never again.

Dramatically reduced hair loss for me
I'm a 59-year-old female and every time I washed my hair I was experiencing scary amounts of hair coming out. After two months of almost daily use of these capsules (I occasionally forget), that completely disappeared, and each time I wash my hair now there are barely a few strands. I have no idea what other health benefits there may be from these vitamins, and they are ridiculously expensive, but I haven't experienced any of the problems others state in their reviews -- such as rancid tablets -- and I'm going to certainly keep using them. I bought directly from the company at first, but it's easier and sometimes slightly less expensive to receive them as part of my monthly subscriptions. If I have any problems with quality in the future, I will switch back to buying from the company because I think the customer service may be better that way.

Vegan
Has all the necessary ingredients for a but I assume it’s to keep it dark so the Vitamines don’t get released from the light. My husband thinks that they look undesirable and that’s something is wrong, but I tell him that it preserves the freshness he says his DHEAEPA pills are golden color and clear, not opaque and he likes that better.

A really good value
I'm getting all the vitamins I was buying individually for about half the cost.

Use to be great!
My daughter and I both started taking complement vitamins over a year ago. The vitamins use to be wonderful. I'm 50 years old and started having some issues with hair loss. I heard these vitamins were great for reversing that, and they were for several months. I was ordering them directly from the company website, then they started sending us a different vitamin. I emailed them and asked them to start sending the old formula back, but I would constantly get different answers. One time I was told they still had some of the older vitamins (gel cap style) and they would send me those, never happened. The next time I emailed them I was told the older style was no longer available. Then I stumbled on a page where customers that were ordering from Amazon were getting the old style capsules, so I started ordering from Amazon. I once again was getting the old style ones that I loved. The newer ones are in some sort of generic type capsule that has a horrible taste to them. When I started taking the newer version my hair loss started happening again, so I know they changed the ingredients. Now that I'm back on the old style capsule, my hair loss is starting to correct itself again. I have no idea how long the older vitamins will be available, but once they're gone I'll find another company to order my vitamins from. This company needs to stay consistant. My daughter was ordering the hydrate they offered as well, then one day we received an email stating they were discontinuing the hydrate, which was disappointing for her. She drank hydrate everyday during her jiujitsu training. These vitamins are not cheap. While I don't mind paying for quality, I can tell the new formula isn't the same high quality as they were once offering.
