I’m trying this for the first time right now and it’s quite good. The flavor is mild and not at all bitter. It would mix well with fruit juices if desired. It tastes fresh and light. The individual bags are quite pretty. They have the same leaf design as the box. The pretty design would have caught my attention in a store, so I was delighted to see that every bag wrapper has that design. Green tea has so many health benefits that it seems silly not to have it on hand. I normally drink a cup every day. This will be excellent cold as well.

Have always liked the mild flavor of this kind of tea, I like it hot or cold. There are 20 individual bags in each of the 5 foil bags. 100% Rooibos and not blended. No caffeine

Makes a good cup of tea. About two minutes steeping seems good for my wife with no bitterness.
