creamy, thocky, poppy, and super satisfying switches
The media could not be loaded. Amazing switches for my first keyboard build, very creamy indeed. Paired with the Monsgeek M1, force break mod, 3 layers of tape mod, and poron case foam, this just sounds like heaven. The tactile feeling is very pronounced and satisfying and the super light operating force and low travel makes it so fast to type on. I haven’t tried a lot of other keyboards, but this switch just makes typing so satisfying in terms of both feel and sound. This is my second time achieving 170+ wpm (not very consistent, have to get pretty lucky with the words i’m given but I can achieve 150 wpm 100% accuracy often now) and both times have been on this keyboard. I previously used the RK M75 with fast silver switches and these switches feel so much faster (given its operating force is 18g lighter than the silvers) and more satisfying that my typing speed and accuracy has improved a lot (but this also comes with me typing a lot more). All in all, this is an amazing budget tactile switch that sounds great by default but paired with some tape and foam it will provide the creamiest thock you've ever heard.

Great switches
These switches feel great out of the box and could only imagine they would get better if you hand lubed them yourself. Typing on them is fantastic, a very subtle tactile bump that lets you know its there but offers a super smooth typing experience. Also not to loud.

Great switches!!
These switches are amazing, but I would suggest hand lubing them yourself. The factory lube job is not very consistent, and it seems like there is only a small amount on the rails inside the switch. The quality and sound is on point thought. And they have a very unique tactical feel to them.

Akko checks the boxes!
I rebuilt my Monsgeek M1W V3 for one of my good friends as her first keyboard and she was thinking she might like clicky switches but had never had a good keyboard before. I always wanted to try Akko switches so here we are! They feel great, they look great, and even though I don't care for clickys they sound pretty darn good too. Definitely recommend, Akko hits at a good price for a really good switch easily.

These keys are amazing if...
You don't mind a little wobble on your key caps. The typing experience is so damn good, I convince myself the wobble is just 'lateral gasket' movement. The total travel, nice sublte-ish bump at the top, and just overall typing fill. For 14$ there's not reason you shouldn't try these out, they may just become you're new favorite tactile... Unless you hate wobble, and aren't a sound snob (they sound okay, but they're are plenty of other better switches out if you're chasing the dragon named THOCC)

A top tier tactile once filmed! Edited.
I got the V3 Creamy Purple Pros. The switches are very cute colors, and are as always for Akko, fantastic for the price. These are a very budget friendly and reliable alternative to the Boba U4Ts but more long-pole with a creamier sound. They come with a generous amount of factory lube.I would strongly recommend filming (adding a small layer of plastic between the top and bottom housing) them, because their housings are moderately loose, and if you try to wiggle them, they do give and click a bit making the switches feel cheaper and more rattly. However, once filmed they are incredible. Highly recommend if you're willing to put in a tiny bit of extra work. There is an issue where sometimes the switch housing doesn't close correctly and leads to the switch feeling 'crunchy' so be very aware and ensure you pay extra close attention when testing the switches after re-assembling. I have never had this issue with dozens of other switches, so it's something to watch out for.

Excellent Switches
These are quiet, tactile switches with a buttery popcorn feel when typing. I'm coming from halo clears, which are hecking heavy! They're kind of like jumping on a trampoline, but with your fingers. In contrast, typing with the Akko Creamy Purple Pros is like skipping through a garden!I'm using these in a DROP CTRL gen 1 board. (I did have to modify them to fit, but this doesn't impact the performance.) It's a good pairing, in my opinion; you aren't typing so heavy that the echo is noticeable, and they offer a nice light contrast to the weight of the board itself. I'm also using them in an external number pad.Packaging was inconsistent; I bought a few sets, and the package was different for all of them? But they're all the same switch, and were packed with great care; not a single switch was damaged. I was impressed!"Creamy" definitely fits the bill in terms of description. There's nothing harsh about the sound or feel of these. Over all, I think these are a friendly switch to check out when modding your own keyboard, be you new to the hobby or a veteran.

GOATED
Whoever was in akkos lab working on these switches absolutely cooked. These switches are amazing for the price. I've used Cream Blue Pros, Lavender purples, and now the Creamy purple pros and compared to the first two these have a much more pronounced tactile bump with an actuation that's as light if not lighter. The tactile bump coupled with the long pole stem and light actuation makes for a quick, snappy, tactile experience. Thanks to the materials used the sound is mellow and creamy, it truly matches the name of the switch. An absolute budget banger, these really are a steal for the price. Couldn't recommend them more!
