You never know what to expect when you buy something at a lower price point, but this little saw has proved to be as good as the dewalts and I was extremely impressed. It was a fraction of the cost, and an extra battery was only a third the cost of the DeWalt batteries. It ran a very long time on the charge, the blade was nice and sharp for cutting, and it just kept going and going under very heavy use for an over an hour straight. I've had similar items where under that length of runtime you have to stop because the unit overheats, this one stayed very cool and seem to circulate air through the motor quite well.

Great saw, have used it quite a bit. Couple of observations and other reviews out there have seen these:1. The safety button on the grip is designed for thumb but actually using it precludes easy use of trigger with the index finger. Usable but you have to contort your hand a little to find the right way to use.2. Battery is good, I did quite a bunch of 2" to 3" trees and still had juice available. Would be nice to have an extra battery in the kit you buy. I believe they use to do this. About $40 to buy another.3. I do have to tighten the chain multiple times during a 2 hour session depending on use. Not hard but that chain does loosen enough to where you need to check often.4. Extending pole does take some strength as it has some sort of internal rubber band in the pole.5. I suspect I will need to sharpen the small chain at some point and they give you a file but no useful directions on how to sharpen. Time for youtube sports fans.Overall a great buy and I will use even with above, nothing was insumountable.

Easy to use, light weight, enough power to take down small branches and trees, seems to cut with ease, just like a regular chainsaw. Seems build quality is strong

This chainsaw on a 21 V battery is the most powerhouse chainsaw you’re gonna buy it cut through 6 inches of cherry take your time nice and easy. It cut it like butter clean the battery never dies. The battery just holds up. I love this. I ordered another one.

I ordered this and an extra battery. Thinking the battery wouldn’t last long. Well I was wrong. I spent 3 hours cutting back limbs and not small ones either. All on 1 battery. Cut amazing and was so much easier with the extension. Held up very well. No more dangerous chain saw and ladder.

Worked great for trimming very thick tree branches using the pole, however the safety button to push along with the trigger isn't easy to use when handheld.

The telescoping pole is nice and easy having just 1 pole a very good design. Also saw being removable from pole and being able to use as hand held chain saw is also a great feature. The saw on the other hand is very weak even after heavy oil it would still jamb cutting limbs less than 1/4.

This pole saw is battery operated, it is amazing!! Buy oil, for the blades, and you can extend the pole up to six feet! You can use it as a hand saw or attach it to a pole! It is very strong! I love this machine, and you will too! I spent most of Labor Day cutting branches from the roof!
