Impossible to open packet
The packet is childproof. What about an older person with dexterity issues or visual issues? Or both! Absolutely ridiculous. I see people getting major lacerations trying to open the packs. Somebody is not thinking! There should be a tool provided to open these. Audiologist provided these but wanted to get the word out to many!

ReSound Junk Batteries
I have ReSound Hearing Aids and at the suggestion of the Audiology specialists I ordered these batteries. BIG MISTAKE! The batteries last on average about three days. The RayOvac batteries last four or five days. They also ship from The UK and it may take seven or more days to receive the batteries.
