Excellent dough maker
I am so pleased with this machine. After using a regular bread machine to mix dough for years, I wanted to get a machine made for the job that could handle larger volumes to make 2 or 3 loaves at a time. This is it in an economy range. It works. The bowl and paddle are stainless steel where bread machines are usually non stick so a little more difficult to clean. NEVER PUT YOUR HAND IN THE BOWL WHILE THE DOUGH IS MIXING. It has a large stainless steel mixing paddle that would quite likely mix your hand in with the dough. If you are sensible and use the machine properly,this is a great & economical dough maker that also ferments well.

Rusty part which mixes with dough when using it
Dough maker is nice, works well but the main problem is, it got rusty just after a month. And rust comes inside the bowl through the mixing part. Update: In 7 months, this dough maker completely stopped working. The price is way too much for the product specially if it won’t even last for a year. Tried to get back to the seller but they didn’t reply. I’m sure the product is still under warranty but not replies yet.

Usless
This is one piece of useless kit. It could not knead dough if it fried it ends up in a ball stuck to the side it’s got no heat to proof the dough either it’s in the box ready for collection. Shame you have to put a star take no notice it’s a nil star really

Useless for more than about 500g of dough
Previous to this I used a Panasonic breadmaker to make dough, which worked OK, but was limited to about 1kg of dough so bought this to make larger batches. But with over 500g of dough the mixture soon accumulates on top of the paddle and then just rotates like the worlds worst merry-go-round, achieving nothing. Also annoying that the "timer" function just means you can leave it to mix for a certain time, rather than being able to set it to start in the future. Returned and bought another Panasonic breadmaker
