Atrocious Customer Service
I would have liked to write a nice review about a stool, but I never received a stool. Instead, Northern Tool shipped a lawn cart, and it took me over two weeks to actually get a refund for the stool that they never sent. Initially, they even expected me to take care of getting the cart shipped back to them. A company that actually cares about customer service would have immediately shipped out a replacement stool while getting the lawn carty that was their mistake returned.I eventually found a much nicer stool, with armrests and an adjustable foot rest, on marketplace for less money. I will never again buy from Northern Tool online or in one of their stores.

Uncomfortable and poor quality
No padding at all in the chair or in the back. Incredibly uncomfortable.Poor quality. Both stools broke in the same spot.
