Best band
I’ve had lots of bands but these are the most comfortable and really stay in place.

No roll exercise bands
These bands are made with some good quality material. I really like the stiff resistance, not to stiff tho. Most importantly they don't roll like the plastic ones.

No rolling or bunching!
I'm 43 y.o. and have been a fitness enthusiast for most of my life so I have used a lot of resistance bands over the years. These bands are hands down the best I have ever used. They don't budge and stay flat my entire leg circuit. And the cute prints are just icing on the cake!

Good grip / Versatile
First impression:I’ll start with the cons.Cons:I’ve had bands in the past that normally describe the resistance of each band as either Light, Medium or Heavy. I was a little confused when I first opened these bands and read them as Medium, Large and Extra Large. The bands are all different sizes in length which tell me that the longer the band, the less resistant it is. Just a little nit picky about that detail because you have to think a little about how much resistance you want in your workout before grabbing the appropriate band.Because the bands are so colorful, you will definitely see the peel of the material as it stretches each time you use it. I’m not sure how long that will last before it wears out especially when you factor in washing instructions.Pros:Although it’s an eye sore to see the material “separate” with each rep, I still love how colorful these bands are. They’re fun animal prints which make it easy to distinguish between the different sizes. I used them for my glute & leg days this week and I love that they don’t roll up whether it’s over my leggings or on skin. I mostly used the Medium and Large bands for squats and hip thrusts and they proved to be durable and at a good enough resistance for me to have a satisfactory workout. I can foresee myself using these for home workouts as well.Overall a good product that I’m sure will last me a long time.

The Best Exercise Bands - Great Grip
These are great bands for adding extra resistance to your workout. These are especially great for at home workouts if you can't make it to the gym.Pros:1. Good grip - the inside of the bands are fully rubberized to create a good grip; if you wear workout legging made from a slippery substance, they may slip a little, but otherwise, they stay in place well2. Variation of weight - the differences of weight make it easy to build up to heavy or use them for different parts of the body; the heavy band is quite stiff though so it can be difficult to use sometimes3. Quality - these are well made and sown; they last a long time; even after some of the strands come undone, it still holds and works4. Comfortable - these don't pinch like some bands may - they keep their shape and rest comfortably against your workout clothingCons:Only after a year of constant use have the light and medium started to unravel some.

Great Home Gym Add-On
I am totally in love with these resistance bands. I love that they are so easy to take with me anywhere. I have started getting into weight-lifting after years of only doing cardio and as I am going on some business trips, especially overseas (where hotels don't have gyms like in the states) I needed something that will help keep me on track while I'm away from home. These are super compact and extremely well-made. I never noticed a strange smell, have never had one snap on me, and the difference in resistance from band-to-band is real. I started with the blue one (I'm a newbie, okay!) but after approx. 6-8 weeks, I think I may be ready to progress up, which shows it is working! I use these as part of a combination program with cable workouts and standard weights, but this is a nice addition, changes up the routine, and keeps the body and muscles guessing. I love that 4KOR sends exercise booklets and workouts, plus follow-ups, and that even prompted me to purchase their cable resistance band set. For a total of about $30-$40 they are excellent items to expand my home gym without breaking the bank. Thanks 4KOR!

Best loop bands
The media could not be loaded. Being the owner of a gym and having around 50 personal trainers working with clients every day, it’s been an incredible asset having these fabric 4KOR bands in my gym. I’ve had these bands in my gym for over a year, from my experience I know these bands are going to work correctly and not roll-up or slide, they’re going to be comfortable and not pinch skin or pull hair, and most importantly they’re not going to snap, even with heavy use. Anytime I walk the floor I see trainers using these bands with their clients for various different exercises from warming up to targeting certain muscle groups to working on stability. I would recommend these bands to anyone who owns a gym and is tired of replacing the traditional rubber loop bands or if you are an individual looking to take your fitness to the next level I would highly recommend these bands.

A great addition to my exercise equipment
So far I really like my fitness loops. They seem to be made of a good quality material that will last a while. While the easy one is way too easy for my fitness level (I go to the gym a lot) and the hard one a little to rugged for me (perhaps more suited for a guy) I still think even if you only use some of them it's still the best deal. I guess I'll just have to add a new goal - be able to use the heaviest one at some point :)The guide that comes with them is pretty basic but there are so many help and how-to's on the internet - including their own YouTube videos that it's a moot point. And if you take the few seconds it takes to go online and register your bands they are guaranteed.I try not to buy a lot of exercise "stuff" that will just end up sitting around unused - these are a great addition to my minimalist collection of equipment because I can do so many things with them and take them anywhere.
