Supercharge Speedway Playset

I read multiple reviews here and at Target saying the motor assembly didn't work at all, or intermittently. I had the same issue. After taking everything apart and studying how the wires all fit together, I realized the gray motor hub was not fully snapped into the blue battery base (though it sure looked like it was). And so the two little white wire terminals inside those two pieces that connect the batteries to the motor hub were not a tight fit. Maybe double check this if yours isn't working. This fixed the issue for me, everything works fine now, cool toy.

So much fun for kids, my son got it at 4 years old and we’ve had so much fun playing with it. Very easy to put together, it made well and very durable. It is a little bit on the larger side, but you can break it down easily & quickly to put it up. It’s cheaper to buy it on Amazon than in stores so keep that in mind, I think it’s a great buy for the price it’s sold! 1000/10 recommend

Update: I have now received 3 of these in an elaborate effort to give this to my son. The 3rd unit is equally defective and will not provide enough power to launch the trucks. My son in so disappointed. I'm starting to think there should be some sort of recall. I have now purchased 2 of these that have the same flaw. The motor that is supposed to launch the monster, trucks does not work. Both units initially did not spin at all.I had to open them up and loosen the gears inside of the box. When I finally had some progress, and they sounded like they were starting to spin properly, the motor still does not spin fast enough to adequately launch the trucks. Worse than that, after a few seconds, it turns off altogether and the light flashes. I am purchasing one more as a hail Mary because my son really wants this as a Christmas present. However, i'm afraid I'm going to run into the same problem, and given that i've gotten two units that have the same issue, I probably would not change this review regardless. To preemptively answer the manufacturers response (they have responded to other poor reviewers who have the same problem), yes the batteries are fresh, it is brand new out of the box and nothing is obstructing any of the gears or anything, and yes, the top piece is properly and tightly connected with the pins aligned. This is purely just poor quality. Of note, I don't take time to write reviews, this product just deserved to be called out.

We got this for my 5 year old for Christmas and he LOVED it. The best part for him is that it just keeps going without him having to put the trucks back on — which means WAY more playtime and WAY less toddler frustration 😂 It is a little loud when the motor’s running, but honestly he got used to it super fast once he realized how fun it is. He plays with it all the time and it’s been holding up really well so far. If your kid loves trucks that move on their own and don’t need constant fixing, this is a hit in our house! 🚚💨

My 3 year old grandson loves this monster track once we got it to work. We inserted 4D batteries into the launcher. Nothing happened. I read the instructions that came with the track, but there wasn’t any information on what to do if it doesn’t work. I went to the store and bought new batteries and a battery tester. I installed the new batteries. Nothing happened. All batteries tested good. We were in the process of contacting the company when my son-in-law snapped the track more securely into the launcher and it started working. It would have been nice to have had better instructions. I noticed that there are some reviews about the motor not working. I wonder if they had the same problem that we had, that something needed to be snapped in better to make contact. I gave it 4 stars because of the poor instructions, but the track is really awesome if the launcher works. I love how it jumps from one track to the other. I’m not sure if the launcher will work with other monster trucks. It worked great with the 2 that came with it, but we tried a different monster truck and it wouldn’t launch.

My son absolutely loves this it only works with monster jam monster trucks and I wouldn't try to put to many on at once cause it won't want to work properly but ive enjoyed playing with it so much with my kiddo it's held up really well over the past couole months haven't had to change the batteries yet and he still loves playing with it so in my opinion well worth the money I spent it is kinda big so when we aren't playing with it I take it halfway apart to store it and it's help up very good no broken parts

Love it!! My grandson has played with it just about everyday since Christmas!! Definately a good buy !

This monster jam track is AWESOME! It works great. It’s a little loud but it’s worth it. It’s made well and the monster trucks race around and pop up fast.

Super fun fast paced toy with great variety of action. Very clear instructions and smart snap together design make assembly of this well made track very easy.

Terrible. This product arrived defective. After assembling it and putting in four D batteries it never turned on.

This track requires D batteries but the monster truck track is awesome works great come with couple monster trucks it's a good track

Would be better if it fit regular monster trucks too. Not just the ones it comes with.
