So so good!! I was slightly put off by the price at first because i was worried about not getting along with it but this stuff works! the strength is perfect - really helps energise for a workout but doesn’t cause jitters or anxiety. suppresses the appetite but not in an aggressive way. all in all, for the size and quality it’s great value!

this product is great indeed. The flavour is great taste like sweet Guava juice. This Products provides you with enough energy to get you through the day. I’ve become very productive Throughout the day. My gym workouts have been more intense as I have more energy to continue. I don’t feel as tired as Eassy and it makes me want to do more work. Highly Recommend.

I told myself not to exaggerate, but I think it deserves more attention as It’s definitely the best pre-workout I’ve ever tasted, so I can understand the price they sell it at. I used a bit more water to dilute it because the flavour of juicy watermelon is quite sour (which I love, sometimes) but also it’s my preference.It genuinely does taste like juicy water melon, and a bit of bubblegum, it’s a pretty light pink shade too once it’s mixed. There was no side effects like the usual tingly, uncomfortable sensation I get with cheaper pre workouts such as Optimum Nutrition (Those are kind of a nightmare, the itchiness is tough to deal with)Ease of mixing is the best, I mixed for a good 20 seconds and there were no clumps left at the bottom of the cup. The amount of energy it gives too, I feel like I could hit a few PR’s when I use it before the gym, I’ve only drank it once on an empty stomach, but I’m sure the performance levels would be just as good as other aspects of the pre. There were also no underlying effects on the skin, or any effects on my body such as my stomach.I think it’s worth noting that it does take a good minute to find the scoop, as I lost a bit of powder whilst struggling to find it.Other than that and my ranting, It’s worth every penny and I’ll gladly purchase it again.

Love this stuff, smells like watermelon and the taste is great and it doesn't give you a fuzzy head after taking just the energy i need for a good workout.Mixes easy in your shaker and its not too overpowering. I take it 30 mins before i get to the gym and thar works for me.It is expensive though but i only use it pre gym so its lasting a while, if you take on non gym days its not so cost effective.

Tastes lovely. But very overrated for what it is. I’m not a caffeine drinker and although this is supposed to be a natural energy source. I’ve had no effect. Very disappointed especially for the price, I’ve heard a few people disappointment after trying it after seeing it hyped up on TikTok.

I’ve been waiting for the right time to write a meaningful review because this stuff really works. I’ve been taking this for fat loss before doing a 15-20k walk every day since December and it’s given me more than enough energy to get me through my workouts. On December 4th 2024 I weighed 265lbs when I took my very first scoop and as of today January 15th 2025 I am 241lbs. I have lost 1 inch off my chest, 2 inches off my waist and thigh and 1 inch off my hip and calves in this space of time.All I do is take this and more recently L-Carnitine on an empty stomach right before I walk 15-20k steps on my walking pad. I’m not exaggerating but the “Frosty big apple” flavour is probably the best thing I’ve tasted in my life. I will say though it’s very sour and I think L-Carnitine enhances that but it’s my favourite part of my day. 10k steps takes me 1 hour and half and 20k is 3 hours but I break it in half sometimes a third. I wouldn’t be able to walk this much without this the time just flies, I’m pumped instantly and I swear I’m seeing more and more fat gone each day.DISCLAIMERThis will turn your number 2 the same colour as the drink but it doesn’t feel any different! You will also run to the toilet. It will keep you awake if you take it late in the evening as well so very bad for people with insomnia like myself. The good news is that I have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression but this hasn’t affected it. It also doesn’t make you itch or crash however my teeth do chatter and of course it makes me sweat like mad but I don’t mind as the pounds are dropping, just make sure you stay hydrated.My stats are 26m 5’9” in case that helps.

Enjoyed this product for allergy boosting and for weight loss. It really gave me the strength that I needed for my gym workouts extra tasty when you add lime and some ice and becomes a refreshing beverage.
