I’ve actually owned the first version of this battery pack, and the difference with this newer model is immediately noticeable. The original one I had was significantly bigger and bulkier, so I was honestly surprised (in a good way) that this updated version is much more compact while still delivering the same performance and specifications. It feels like a true upgrade rather than just a refresh. From what I experienced, the older, larger version was eventually recalled, so it’s reassuring to see that this newer model not only addresses those concerns but improves the overall design. Performance wise, it does exactly what you want from a high quality battery pack. It charges devices quickly and consistently, holds a solid charge over time, and is reliable when you need it most. I’ve used it for my phone and other devices, and it handles multiple charges without any issues. I’ve been using this Anker power bank for about 2 years now, and it’s been very reliable. It’s taken a decent amount of abuse drops, travel, even camping trips, and it’s still going strong with no issues. The built-in USB-C cable makes it super convenient since I don’t always have to carry an extra cable with me. Battery performance has also been good. Even if I leave it unused for a while, it still holds its charge pretty well and doesn’t drain quickly. I’ve actually bought a few more for friends when they were on sale, and they’ve all had good experiences too. Overall: Great power bank, especially if you can get it on sale.

Connectivity is smooth, once you plug it in it starts charging instantly with no disconnect issues. Compatibility is easy, works perfectly with my USB-C devices without any extra setup. The charger quality feels premium, no overheating or slow charging. As for power capacity, it gives me a full charge with some power left over, which is clutch for long days out. Overall it’s compact, reliable, and gets the job done.

works really well, fast charge. came with a partial battery life. sleek, not heavy, easily able to be carried in a purse of small fanny pack. gets a little warm when using it so look out for that. holds good power. looking forward to bringing it on our trip.

Well it seemed like a perfect portable charger... until I got the email saying to throw it away since it was a hazard and they offered me a new one It never got hot and it charged several of my devices at the same time without losing too much battery. It was very easy to use plus it was nice to have the display saying how much battery it had left.. too bad it was a hazard. At least they offered to give me a new one 😂

this charger is honestly SO good. i’ve used a lot of portable chargers before and this one is easily one of the best. i charged my phone from around 25–30% all the way to 100%, and the battery pack was STILL at about 80–90% after. that’s actually crazy. it literally lasts all day and sometimes even DAYS depending on how much you use it. one of my favorite features is the built-in cable. it makes everything so much easier because you don’t have to carry extra cords around or worry about forgetting one. super convenient, especially when you’re out. i also LOVE the display that shows the exact battery percentage. it’s way better than guessing with little bars because you always know exactly how much charge you have left. it charges fast, holds a lot of power, doesn’t overheat and is just really reliable overall. perfect for everyday use, traveling, or being out all day.

Seems like a solid, sturdy product! I ordered the white, the labeling on the back of the unit in grey/silver is a little light, but readable. It came in packaging which spoke "quality." Carefully and precisely wrapped. The unit was 24% charged when I opened it. It fits in the palm of my hand, but it would be a little heavy for a pocket. Purchased for travel in carry-on. I need this to charge an Apple iPhone 14 Plus. The built-in adapter did not fit the cords for my phone. The directions state to use the same brand cords (Anker). I ended up ordering the Anker USB Type C Lightning Cable Upcycled Braided cord and the Anker Nano USBC Charger Block, 30w. With these two, I was able to charge the Anker Portable Charger to 100% capacity in about an hour. Then I plugged in my iPhone and charged it to 100% . The unit is new, so I haven't tried out the battery life yet. First impressions are a quality, well-made unit.
