Bridesmaid Undercover

Bridesmaid Undercover is my favorite Meghan Quinn book to date! It is a delightful rom-com that perfectly balances humor, heart, and a touch of charm. Everly Plum, a wedding planner and entrepreneur, has her heart set on Hardy Hopper. She wants nothing more than for him to notice her, but Hardy can't let go of his ex-girlfriend. Hardy asks Everly for help by befriending his ex and playing matchmaker.While the two friends get to know each other, the chemistry is electric, gradually building from a flirtatious crush into genuine affection. The back-and-forth banter, the mishaps, and the spying on exes are the best foundation of this love story. The zoo scene had me laughing out loud, and the courtyard scene put a massive smile on my face. Hardy is the perfect gentleman in this story. I LOVED him so much! The way he cares for Everly is so genuine and compassionate. I found myself screaming for him to open his eyes and notice her!!This story put me through a whirlwind of emotions, from the tension of unspoken feelings to the warmth of unexpected connections. And then there's JP - omg, his emails had me laughing as well. Save the flamingos!!Overall, this was a fantastic read that is a must for fans of MQ and the friends-to-lovers trope.

This may be my new favorite Meghan Quinn book. I loved Everly and Hardy. If you love a:🦩slow burn🦩matching shirts🦩friends to lovers🦩a bit of a grovel🦩romcom, then this is the book for you.Jason Clark immediately had me swooning in that that opening Prologue. I knew immediately that I was going to love listening to his voice. I love an audiobook that has dual POVs but also has the other voice actor pop in to speak their parts in the other’s POV.I love when we get to see previous characters from Meghan’s other books, especially the Cane brothers. Hearing about JP and the pigeons always makes me smile! The flamingos!! I was laughing out loud.The emails between the characters are always my favorite part. Be prepared for so many email communications that will make you smile and laugh! Everly may be my new favorite Meghan Quinn FMC. She is quick and witty even when she feels uncomfy.This may just be my favorite Meghan Quinn book. Tomothy? I’m dying. When you read this book, you will understand.💭 Quote from the book: If my life was a book, readers would be shaking their pages, yelling, “Wake up, idiot! She’s right under your nose.”💭 yes Hardy. I was yelling this to you.The nape!!! Their first experience together was perfect. Meghan took me on an emotional rollercoaster. It was the perfect build up. I knew what was going to happen from the prologue but my heart still ached at what happened afterwards. Then Hardy’s convo Haisley put me back together again. Then Polly & Maple at the wedding!

Here we have another hilarious read from Meghan Quinn! Bridesmaid Undercover is the second book in the series but can technically stand alone. I do recommend reading Bridesmaid for Hire first though as characters from that book play a role in this one and you don’t want any spoilers! Anyways, I liked this a lot. I didn’t love it as much as the first, but I was still laughing (especially when Hardy gets his fake nose stuck on a branch) throughout. There’re also some cameos in the story from previous series so if you’re a big fan of Meghan’s books you’ll notice them (JP has my heart with his pigeons LOL).If you enjoy workplace romances, mishaps, secret pining, and new friends to lovers then I think you’ll enjoy this one. So, I do recommend giving it a try if you haven’t already!𝗠𝗬 𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Another amazing book by Meghan Quinn.I was laughing from the first page so I knew we were set for another wild book.I absolutely loved Hardy and Everly and watching their relationship grow throughout the book.Hardy has decided that he wants to rekindle a romance with his ex girlfriend and recruits Everly to help him out. This leads to so many LOL moments and Everly trying to help out Hardy while also hiding her own feelings for Hardy.We see some old characters make appearances too which was the best.My favourite part was the recon at the zoo! 🤣🤣 and the emails between Hardy and Everly.This is a slow burn but when the spice hits it hits hard.

My favorite part was when Hardy (finally) realized he had feelings for Everly & started looking back on all of their previous interactions in a whole new light! She fell first...but he fell harder!!!
