Very dubious about ordering a retainer to keep my teeth in place after the aligner journey, but I did.Wattsapp and email communication was greatDelivery of the impression kit was fast and the video and instructions were easy to follow.Sent back images via Wattsapp, then packaged off for the retainer to be made. All paid for and easy processI am delighted with the speed of delivery, the fit, the quality and they provided a box to pop it in.I would recommend that a hook is bought to take it outI had purchased this previously from AmazonDefinitely recommend this companyAnd I rarely write reviews. I've used this company alot with different products they sell and I'm always pleased with them. Thought I would give the retainers a try as all the rest of the products are great. Took impressions of my teeth wich was very straight forward and easy to use then I sent them back to veneer and received my retainer back, I was surprised how quickly the retainer was sent to me. I would say these are a lot better than any ones I've tried from my dentist before. The fit was perfect ! The quality is much better and the comfort is way better too. I highly recommend these to anyone who used retainers

The top retainer fitted and no issues, however the bottom retainer arrived warped so could not put it on as the plastic was almost joined on the back and front. I contacted the team straight away, sent photos and they asked me to return the retainer and keep the top. So this is what I did. I have not wore the top yet. The bottom then arrived back but they had just cut the back of the warped retainer rather than sending me a new one and told me I could not have a full refund as I had kept the top! I should add I only needed the bottom but whilst ordering I thought I'd order both. The team have still not resolved this.

Took ages to get the mould right, didn't find the support that helpful, when they arrived the top retainer didn't cover all of my teeth and they're not very comfortable. I will have to get them re-done I think, so not a great use of time or money.

Was a clear process with good communication and retainer was high quality once received.There was good communication via WhatsApp for the impression check aside from some slightly strange use of emojis.
