Durable Headphones
Overall, a good headphone it does run on the smaller side. It’s the only downfall.

Another good product from JLab
I'm really impressed with these JLab JBuddies Studio 2 headphones for kids. They're perfect for parents who let their children use tablets or phones for games and videos. The Bluetooth functionality is a huge plus, eliminating the worry of kids getting tangled in cords. The battery life is exceptional - over 65 hours - meaning I only need to charge them occasionally. What I appreciate most is the volume limitation feature. These headphones don't get as loud as regular ones, which helps protect my kids' hearing. This gives me peace of mind about potential hearing damage.Comfort-wise, they're comparable to the previous version in terms of cushion softness and weight. The ear cushions now sit on the ears rather than around them, which is a slight change in design. The switch to USB-C for wired connection (instead of 3.5mm) isn't an issue for us, as we primarily use them wirelessly. If needed, an inexpensive adapter can solve this. The improved sharing feature is fantastic. Instead of tethering kids together with cables, they can now sync wirelessly at the press of a button. This is a major upgrade.Based on my experience with the previous model lasting over two years, I have high hopes for these. After a month of use, they're performing great. Considering the price, features, compact size, and outstanding battery life, I think these offer unbeatable value and performance for kids' headphones.

Great headset for kids, long battery life and great features.
I have the older version of these for my kids, and these are a nice upgrade. They are pretty much the same in weight, comfort, and sound. The changes are in other areas. First for comfort, that's going to be subjective. I say they are about equal in terms of the cushions softness and weight of the headset. The shape of the cushions has changed and they sit on the ears, but the older version has a different shape that goes around the ears.As far as operation, Bluetooth is great and it's the way they use these almost all of the time, but if you need to use these wired, these use USB-c to connect wired, and the older version uses 3.5mm connection. So that's something to keep in mind. If you need to plug in by 3.5, you can always buy an adaptor for $5 or less that will solve that issue, so it's not really a issue. The best change is when it comes to sharing a device with 2 headsets. The older version required you to plug in a 3.5 cable to each headset, which pretty much tethers the kids heads together. This headset just has you press a button and they are synced together, so that a huge improvement. My older headset lasted for over 2 years with my now 6 and 7 year olds, so these are great in my opinion. These new ones have only been here for about a month and they are great so far. For this price you can't beat these. The features, the compact size, and the battery life is outstanding. That's another improvement over something that was already great. You can't beat this value and performance.

No 3.5 mm wired capability. Good product otherwise.
The good:- No issues using it wirelessly. Connects to Bluetooth as expected.- Wired connectivity to USB-C jack at source works as expected.- Appreciate the functionality to switch maximum volume to 95 dB - useful for air travel and other noisy environments.- Sound quality is fine and as expected for kid headphones. Won't blow anyone away, but it's perfectly adequate. The bad (and reason for 3 stars instead of 5):- Marketed as a headset with wired capabilities - but that's only with a USB-C jack at the source. Not compatible with a 3.5 mm jack at the source. Some reviews indicated that it would work with an adapter - but it did not work for me with a USB-C to 3.5 mm adapter I know works fine in other settings. Customer support confirmed there is no way to connect the headset to a 3.5 mm source. This will be a moot point in 5-10 years when 3.5 mm jacks go extinct, but a pretty important missing feature today when there are plenty of sources with only a 3.5 mm jack and no Bluetooth capability (e.g. airplane seatback entertainment).

Nice Headphones for Kids
So far so good with these JBuddies headphones. The volume-safe listening feature, with built-in regulators capping at 85 dB, gives me peace of mind knowing that their ears are protected, because once you lose your hearing it can only be restored with hearing aids :-/. I also like that the adaptable volume-safe setting goes up to 95 dB for louder environments is a great option to have as well. The on-ear design with Cloud Foam Comfort Cushions and a Cloud Foam headband is very comfortable on both my kids' heads and my head, too. The share/wired mode is also a great feature. It's perfect for airplane travel or when Bluetooth isn't available. I like that the headphones offer both wireless and wired options and the Share Wireless mode is good for allowing my kids to enjoy their favorite tunes or movies together- something I wish they'd do more often! The controls are located on the bottom left earcup makes it easy for my kids to use them without frustration. They can play, pause, adjust volume, and change tracks with no hassle, which is a huge plus.Overall, the JBuddies headphones are a perfect fit for my kids. The smooth-sliding metal adjustments and feather-light build make them versatile for kids of different ages. The folding feature makes them really convenient to carry around in a backpack. Although these headphones don't really cancel out noise like, say, noise-canceling headphones/air pods, I do recommend these headphones for parents looking for a safe, comfortable, and convenient option for their kids.

Great
I loved these headphones. But I’m not a child and don’t like the volume restriction.
