I saw few reviews about not being able to connect, the quick connect (black thread piece that goes on the faucet) I received had a different thread from my garden faucet. I believe the pitch is different. Since I couldn't wait, went to "H.D." hardware store and bought $4 connector adaptors from garden section; worked great: smooth installation to the faucet & quick connected to this garden hose. After connecting, I saw few leaks from the body of the hose; small but spraying in few directions... The spray nozzle was good, all 7 types worked as described. In short: Negative: poor/incorrect quick connect adaptor, small leaks from hose body, (I don't care) Teflon tape was not included Positive: spray nozzle worked as advertisedUPDATE (June 17, 2018) After one month, the middle of the hose bursted. I only used about 5 times total. I guess you get what you paid for. I hope your purchase is better, but I would not recommend this product.

Bought 2 hoses. Although the hose itself seems fine... the adapter is made of cheap plastic and would not screw onto the faucet correctly... eventually splitting on the side the more my husband tried to make it work... now have 2 useless hoses until we can track down a better attachment.

It says in instructions for first time use to stretch out hose a little. I did and it broke off at the faucet. Needless to say I was upset.

The adapter piece that came with my hose was terrible. It actually ended up slicing my finger open when I attached it to my faucet/drain because it had a sharp piece of plastic sticking out. While I liked how light weight the hose was and ability to stretch up to 100ft, I thought it was somewhat combersome to empty all the water from the hose after each use. Lastly, it states not to “walk on the hose” while under pressure..... well I accidentally barely touched it with my foot and the hose split wide open and water spewed everywhere. It was awful. So not only did I waste my money on the hose that lasted 1 week, but I had to wear heavy duty gloves to get the cheap plastic adapter piece off my faucet. Not worth the money in my opinion.

I may have to send this back. I even hired someone to hook it up to my outside faucets and they could not do it. This has not worked for me, and I don't know who or how to find out what to do, so I may send it back. I hate it. !

This didn’t work out so well as it broke after just a few uses. Returning was easy though and I love the idea of it. If it hadn’t popped I’d have been happy with it as it’s a nice space saver.

cheaply made. Everything plastic. Leaked everywhere. Do not buy!

If I could give zero stars I would. It is split somehow in the inner tube about halfway down the hose. So I have a useless product. It appears very cheaply made and I am very disappointed. I will not buy this type of hose again, I really wanted to like it. The inner hose and elastic both feel broken and useless outer cloth in photo.
