Everything slides into each other. Every box has a hole if you want to hang these on the wall. Being able to make your own 4x4 or more display is fantastic. There will be a slight curve that occurs if you stack too many together. Depending on how many rows and columns you make this can stand on its own. I made a 7 high x 4 across and it can stand on its own.This holds most regular sized diecast cars. Tall vehicles will not fit. There is a groove on the bottom of the box to keep your cars from sliding around. So far there has NOT been a car that was too wide to fit. The clasp that shuts the box can be a little difficult to open. I was able to pull the latch down a bit before pulling out to get the latch open.

I got the clear door, dark box set. HO scale slot cars fit however the newer wider cars are very snug. The boxes look very nice. They fit together really well. They will look great mounted above my track!Very glad to have a place to keep all my loose cars!

Like the item, will consider buying again in the future. Only issue was some of the larger Hot Wheels didn`t fit in the display case... for example the Dodge SuperBee from the Hot Wheels Mopar set is a little too big to fit in the display. So I had to use different display case for this set. I didn`t see or maybe I just over looked where it said may not fit all cars... If I did then its on me, but if it doesn`t say that beware. But for the standard Hot Wheels cars this works out great, I like idea of being able to configure different types displays. Over all I`m happy. Another happy purchase of this item, will be a returning customer when funds r aloted.

All of the Hot Wheels I put in these are low profile, as you can see in my picture the three cars on top are too long, too tall, and too wide. The dimensions they give in the description are the outside dimensions not the inside dimensions. The inside dimensions are 3.28 X 1.2 X 1.2.

I needed a display case for my happy meal toy crocs and these worked great. It fit good and makes everything easy to view and organized. The price was fair and I wouldn’t hesitate getting more.

I was surprised on how sturdy these felt. The display window is hinged so it won't break on you and there is a small mounting hole in the back so you can hang it up.They connect to each other and can stand up on its own if you don't stack it too high.

Love that they fit together and you can make designs with them fits almost 90% of 1/64 cars and trucks will definitely buy more!!
