Fun but a bit overpriced in my opinion
This remote control drift truck looks awesome and has been a lot of fun. It is not as small as I thought it was going to be and it is quite durable, however, I did not check and tighten the Lugnuts before first use and unfortunately one of the wheels came off so I had to visit my local RC car shop to purchase more Lugnuts. It does come with a small lug wrench so I do recommend tightening the lug nuts before your first drive, Just be careful not to overtighten. The battery doesn’t seem to last very long, but it is fun and using the different light features at night makes it more enjoyable. It may be worthwhile to purchase an additional battery for more drive time. The tires on this truck are actually very good hard rubber and have hardly worn at all after several uses so I don’t think they will need to be replaced anytime soon. I have seen reviews for similar products where the tires wear out very quickly, but this truck does not have that problem. The truck seems to drift effortlessly even on concrete that has very good grip, And it is very easy to control once you get the hang of it.If you are on a limited budget, I would recommend this drift truck because it is quite durable, has cool lights, and its a lot of fun. It is also quite fast and great fun for all ages even adults.

Ok car, non standard sizes makes upgrades or fixes very difficult.
Seems like a decent car as is, but there isn't anything as far as parts availability for anything on it.Additionally, the wheel size is non standard, so you won't be able to easily get replacement wheels for it easily. It's a 53mm size, compared to the standard 65mm for a car of this size. The fender openings fit tight to the wheel, so if you upsize, be prepared to trim the body. Also, it comes with just drift tires, which won't be useful for general driving. And as mentioned above, you won't be able to get rubber grip tires because of the non standard size. Even the wheel hex is a funky 9mm size, and not the standard 12mm.

Drift Truck = Fun Family Entertainment!
The media could not be loaded. I’ve always been curious about the ARRMA Infraction and all the drift trucks like it, but just can’t spend that kind of money to get one. So, even with this one being out of my budget at the $99.99 it was when I got it, I still decided to give it a try.My first concern would be parts availability should anything get broken during a crash or otherwise, but thankfully we haven’t broken anything on this fun rig! I have no idea if parts are available or not.My family and I have been driving it for a week or so and it has been a bunch of careless fun so far! Works great on our concrete driveway. Depending on who is driving you can turn the…I’ll call it drift assistance…up and down. This is helpful for inexperienced drivers to more easily drift a corner or make it through obstacles, but for me I’m all about turning the nanny all the way off so I can drift at will - tons of fun!! My only criticism here would be when you have the assistance all the way up and try to drive full-speed in a straight line, the truck wags just like a fish swimming upstream to spawn. Makes it annoying to drive aggressively with the assistance up. For me it’s not a big deal because I turn it all the way off most of the time, but for others wanting to use that feature I would say that could end up being a dealbreaker so I wanted to mention it.We’ve been getting an average of somewhere around 20 minutes of runtime per battery. Very nice to have two batteries. Only downside here is they take quite a while to charge up with the included charger. Admittedly this is not a big deal for me since I just charge them at my desk during the day while working so they’re ready to go after work.Overall this rig a quite a lot of fun if you can swing the high price tag. At $100 it’s getting up to where some of the entry level hobby grade rigs are. I’m just not sure if there are any hobby grade entry level drift trucks - I haven’t done my research on that one. With that said, this thing is a kick in the pants if you have a smooth surface to drive on. My family and I have really enjoyed it!!! 👍👍

Powerful and fast drift car. Wish it had some with two sets of tires.
This truck is an amazing drifter. I love the stabilization feature which helps pull out of drifts with ease. The remote is responsive and comfortable to hold. The shell has a cool pattern and neat lighting features. It is very fast but still easy to control. I have seen other models that come with two sets of tires, one for smooth surface drifting and a set for racing with more road grip. These are kind of in between, but more designed for drifting than road racing. Still a very fun vehicle to drive and drift with. A great size too with a powerful motor. Kids will want to drive it, but be careful because it would be easy to accidentally damage it if not driven with care, think driving straight into a wall or high curb. It's not really an off-road machine even though it is 4wd. It's too low to drive anywhere that isn't relatively smooth, and that's where you will have the most fun with it anyway.

Drift tires, variable stability control, 2 batteries included.
I bought this car to drive it with my son alongside my 1:10 nitro buggy. It is a bit smaller than nitro, but has the same wheel diameter and a lot more low end torque. Another advantage over nitro is that this car can go in reverse and hence doesn't need any breaks. It has flat and very hard rubber tires. Middle differential is locked, so both the front and rear wheel on one side could drift/spin together. I have another drift car with an unlocked middle differential and it basically spins around its nose as all the torque is spent to spin one of the back wheels. This car can drift sideways. Remote is similar to nitro, 2.4 GHz, runs on 4 AA batteries. It has an additional channel to control lights. Front lights can change color to red or switched in strobe mode. There are 2 control knobs to trim front wheel alignment and adjust stability control. Both the brushed motor and ECU have heat sinks. I was impressed how smoothly ECU was able to control motor rpms. I like the fact that the motor is brushed as it is much cheaper to replace it than a brushless ECU controller in a brushless controller / motor setup. 2S Li-On batteries are cell-balanced (3 wires), balancing USB charger is included.
