Tried and true.
I don't do a lot of stucco, since I live in Hawaii, but I'm a contractor with 40 years of experience and this is the best primer. It's water based and really bonds to the concrete. The water in the concrete reactivates the primer so it chemically bonds to the new concrete/mortar. Super easy to clean up rollers and brushes, comes right off and you can tell, because it's blue.

winderful
easy to apply. worked to bond a thin 2” layer of concrete to the main concrete pad. we used 3/8” gravel for uniform finish. kept concrete wet twice a day for first week and bond is fabulous. would use product again.

Kitchen floor redo
So far so good. Had to use it over a linoleum floor so self leveling cement would adhere Time will tell! A little pricey

Great for bonding new plaster on existing stucco walls
I'm not a professional stucco guy, but I am handy with my hands. So based on experience, I can pass on the recommended use of this bonding agent for insuring new plaster adheres to existing stucco walls as recommended by plaster professional Kirk Giordano. He has a bunch of YouTube videos on addressing cracks in stucco walls, and other issues like I had with peeling Texcote coatings. Watching Kirk's videos, I now take care of my own walls and once repaired, I haven't had to touch those walls going on 5 years now. Kirk often recommends Weld Crete, but in diluted form, so if you plan to use it for the type of application I used it for, be sure to watch as many of his videos as possible. He's a great teacher and professional!

Works way better than the home depot stuff
this is essential when doing stucco. it bonds to the existing wall perfectly. add a little bonding adhesion into the trow and you will love the results.

packaging unacceptable. product great
great product to bind cement to non porous surface but the box was too big without proper packing material and the can lid open slightly to allow slight spillage inside the box and over the sides of the can. No wire handle affixed to can. the can was inside plastic bag but product still leak out into outer box. Can was loose inside the box and upside down.
