Good Product!
I have been using this product off and on for 15 or more years. However, not for a year or two. I recently ordered the Vanilla and the Chocolate individual packages but purchased as a combo order. Same great product BUT BUT SMALLER PRODUCT PACKAGE....I think they call that SRINKAGE!

Good protein shakes, questionable value
These HMR shake and pudding mixes are good but I really question the value. At more than three dollars per packet these are twice the cost of the closest competitor pre-mixed shakes. I've tried both the chocolate and vanilla as shakes and they both taste good. I prefer the vanilla but that's really a personal thing. Mixing them is easy, just add water and ice and blend for a shake, or just a little water for a pudding. They're relatively smooth once mixed, no grittiness noted in the shake. The pudding isn't quite as smooth as a traditional pudding, there is some very minor texture to it but it's certainly nothing objectionable. With 15 grams of protein per packet it's a healthy addition to my morning meal and does seem to keep me from feeling extremely hungry before lunch time. One of the other reviews mentioned issues with packets arriving broken open and spilled out. I noticed no such thing, the boxes were securely plastic wrapped, I opened every box to inspect and found no issues with spillage. The packages themselves appear to be well sealed and sturdy. Overall, this is a decent weight loss product that gives you the flexibility of doing either a shake or a pudding. If they were closer in price to the premixed shake competitor I'd happily rate them the full five stars, but at their actual price I have to knock a star off for reduced value.

Diet Shakes
I have used this system before and did lose weight. If it’s the first time a class through a medical facility may be best.

Good Tasting Quality Shakes That Are Too Pricey
HMR 70 Plus Vanilla + Chocolate Shake & Pudding Mix COMBO | Meal Replacement Powder | Lactose-Free | 15g Protein | Easy to Make | Low Calorie | 42 Single Serving Packets each This listing is for a pack of 42 single serve protein shakes that are designed to be used as either supplements or meal replacements and are lactose free along with having 15g of protein per serving. The shakes themselves taste ok with the chocolate being the better tasted of the two. They mix very easily and quickly making it a quick meal or snack that can be made. The hydration from these is good but will vary based upon how much fluid you use to make them along with the type of fluid. They appear to be a very high quality powder that mixes easily both with a spoon as well as a milk frother or blender. They deliver a solid meal replacement along with being a protein boost on top of it. These can be safely stored either in your cabinet or in your bag for travel meals. The only negative to these meal shakes is their price, they are not a very good value for the money as you can find similar products with at least as much if not more protein offerings for cheaper. These would be best suited for someone who really enjoys this brand and their flavors.

A Handy Treat to Keep Around
I picked this kit up with the plan to use it as a quick midday or late night snack rather than a full meal replacement, and it ended up fitting that role really well. The packets tear open without any fuss and the powder settles into water without clumping on the initial mix - do recommend warm water if you're making pudding and cold water for your blender. When I mixed it as a shake, the texture came out clean and smooth every time. Turning it into a pudding was a bit different, since there was a bit of grittiness once it chilled and set. I tried adding more water but that only made it thinner without changing the texture, so I stuck with the standard amount and just enjoyed it for what it is - 15g of protein and no added sugar for a tasty pudding cup is pretty solid. After a full week of having two servings a day, I can say I had no issues with digestion or any odd reactions. Everything stayed steady on the gastro front. I did lose a little weight during that stretch, though I would not credit the product alone. What it did help with was curbing my sweet cravings, especially when I made the pudding version. Both flavors are solid, though the one you prefer will come down to you personal taste. The chocolate reminded me of a semi sweet bar while the vanilla brought me back to those pudding cups from childhood. The vanilla ended up being my favorite and the one I reached for most often. I do not see this replacing my bulk container for daily use, but I would absolutely buy a smaller pack to keep on hand for busy days or when I need something quick before heading out. It fills the same role as a premixed shake without taking up space. The flavor it provides is similar to the higher quality, more expensive, milk protein shakes on the market - so comparing to that, it is well priced, however, not to a regular shake or powder. I would be okay tossing a few packets in my desk drawer at work along with a shaker so I always have a simple option ready to go on meeting heavy days.

Packets come torn open
These are the best protein shakes! But Everytime I buy them at least 1, but usually 3-5, of the packets are torn and protein powder is all over. I'm so disappointed. They are too expensive to lose up to 5 shakes each time. I cancelled my subscription.
