Great ankle brace. My Dr suggested an ankle brace to help me recover from a fractured foot. It works great. It provides great support and helps me feel more comfortable with putting weight on my feet. This is a great product and even better price. I received 2 in the pack with strap. I would definitely buy it again. One suggestion is if you have swollen ankle go up a size it fits firm on the leg.

I'm super talented at giving myself 3rd degree sprains that doctors keep telling me I'll wish I had broken. This, even after therapy, leaves me with weak ankles that I then re-sprain. (They threaten surgery like that will stop me! Bahahaha) Wearing these helps add the additional support that my poor Gumby ankles need and keep me out of that surgical suite longer. Not sure if the copper adds any benefit or not (I wasn't allowed to wear them in an MRI machine) but the pattern looks neat. Theyre not too tight unless i fasten the band too snug and they still fit inside my normal shoes without having to do more than loosen the laces. Its pretty stretchy while still providing firm support. The velcro is pretty strong and you can fasten to the sleeve or the strap (though attaching to the brace does create fuzz where the velcro pulls the fibers.) You can wear the sleeve alone which gives you full mobility, or add the strap which adds extra support.

I’ve been using this ankle brace for a little while now, and overall it performs really well. The support it provides is impressive — once it’s on, my ankle feels noticeably more stable and secure, especially during movement or long days on my feet. The materials feel durable and comfortable, and the design gives a good balance between flexibility and firmness. My only real criticism is the 4‑piece setup. While the modular design adds customization, the separate pieces can be a little hard to keep track of, especially if you tend to toss things into a gym bag. I also wish it came with a small carry case or pouch to keep everything together. That would make it much more convenient for travel or everyday use. Aside from that, the brace works very well, does exactly what it’s supposed to do, and provides the level of stability I was hoping for. If you don’t mind managing a multi‑piece system, it’s definitely a solid choice.

I cannot say enough good things about this brace. I sprained my ankle pretty badly back in October, grade II sprain plus a grade II extensor tendon strain according to my doctor. Was in a lot of pain and tried a couple different braces before this one and nothing really helped much. This brace is on a completely different level. Within the first day of wearing it I noticed a significant reduction in pain, and after wearing it consistently for about a week I’d say its eliminated maybe 90% of my discomfort. I can actually walk normal again. The comfort is unreal. I’ve worn this thing for days straight, only taking it off to shower, and it never gets uncomfortable or irritating. And the breathability is honestly impressive. I live in Florida so humidity and heat are just part of life here, and I fully expected to have a sweaty uncomfortable ankle after a few hours. Nope. Somehow this thing breathes well enough that sweating just isnt an issue. I have no idea how they managed that but its a huge plus for anyone in a warm climate or anyone who needs to wear a brace for extended periods. I’ve tried my fair share of ankle braces over the years for various tweaks and injuries and this is hands down the best one I’ve ever used. The support is excellent without being bulky, it fits in my regular shoes without much trouble, and it actually does what its supposed to do. If your dealing with an ankle injury and need real support thats comfortable enough to wear all day every day, do yourself a favor and get this one. Worth every penny.

I’ve never found something to be so effective so fast in mitigating my decades-old Achilles pain mostly in my left ankle. Truly remarkable improvement after wearing these for just a few days, and which extends even to when I don’t wear them. For years now if I sit even for five minutes or so when I stand up my ankles would be stiff. Mornings have been my old man time where I have to shuffle a bit before the ankles relax and don’t hurt. Those days appear to be behind me for a while due to these braces!!

Firstly, I love the baby pink color! Add some cuteness to the misery, it’s good for compression and the strap makes me feel so secure, very stabilizing. My only complaint is that the top part/ band is little too tight and I feel like it strangles just that part , which also makes me want to take it off quicker than I’d like, uncomfortable. Hopefully that part stretches indefinitely soon :s
