Shipping is about two stars
I'm giving this implement 4 stars because it works well doing what I need it to do. That is, rake leaves, pine straw, sticksand trash. The shipping and packing is what needs attention. This rake was about 70 miles from my house and said to be on the truck for delivery when FedEx sent it back somewhere for three extra days without giving a reason.Today it arrived wire tied to a welded steel frame. Luckily all the hardware, etc was there, also wire tied to the frame. Everything was there but instructions. Took more than an hour to figure what pieces went where and how. I was sorely tempted to send it back. Nevertheless, once I got it together it did a good job. It's very well built.I realize that the seller cannot control what FedEx does once something leaves its facility, but this is simply a sorry way to do business.

Awkward to assemble
Awkward to assemble, but not difficult. Instructions would have been nice. Needs a kickstand to hold it up for easy attachment.

Thank I will enjoy wants to get it all worked out
The packaging had fell apart before it arrived and we had no instructions in box. How do use Photo to assemble. Bolts come loose washers are too very small have my to replace washers with larger ones Plus that no operating instructions.

Performed better than I believed it would
I have about 150 feet of willow trees along my shop to break the wind, snow etc. Lawn is planted just downwind which has to be cut weekly. Wind blown broken branches make that an ugly task with raking branches for several hours in the spring. In approximately 1 hour lawn was ready to mow. I am not talking several branches, more like my 20 foot flat bed trailer full. Titan Pine Straw rake worked way better than I thought it could, as it is designed for Pine needles not tree branches.Obviously I had to hand pick any branches over about 1 inch diameter but the thousands of smaller ones raked right up.I did notice for tree branches just softly raking the spring tips over the ground as opposed to lowering tines until they trailed rearward worked best.

No instructions
Would get a 5 if box wasn’t destroyed (not built for shipping) AND it contained basic instructions. There were none.It you’re not me mechanically inclined, don’t but it. Took 2 guys 3 hours to build and there are still two unknown BIG parts.. Maybe bolt on for UTV’s or Jeep bumper.Concept great. Product worked fine after we finally got it together - but it could be really good with packaging and instructions. Also, sub-assembly by manufacturers could be easily accomplished. Only thing I can compare it to is assembling as propane grill without instructions.Don’t buy unless you’ve got a lot of tools and a LOT of time.
