Well made and warm. Too long if you are short like me but this easily solved by turning the bottoms up. A good fit round my hips but waist rather loose making it feel a bit insecure though it doesn't fall down. A good practical product but maybe not for the short and slim.

I am always size 12 and I have very narrow thighs and backside and the size 12 were far too tight - so tight that I don't know when I'll get around to wearing them. Disappointing. Bit rough too.

This is the warmest, pair of leggings that I have ever owned. They are so sheer and smooth, but heavy weight. The knitting is so fine it is all but invisible, and they come up to the waist leaving no gaps. I can now be toasty warm night and day! Before, I used either thermal or polyester leggings under my lined outdoor trousers, or at night in bed, but I was still cold. I cannot recomend these Long Johns highly enough! NO more worries about the Beast from the East for me! I may now investigate their tops. Plus, they are cheaper than other firms offering Merino leggings. One very happy customer!

I cannot comment on the quality of this item as I returned it as soon as I opened the box and found it in a dreadful state. For a pair of legging that cost over £40, the least one would expect is decent packaging. This came in a ratty bag that has become to fall apart, enclosed in a polyester pocket that has been clearly seen better days. Not an appealing thing at all. Thankfully Amazon has a decent return policy and this went back. I purchased instead a set of base layers from a different brand that came unopened and in a nice cardboard box.
