Overall it’s prettt good. The cake leveller isn’t so great, so will probably invest in a sharper one for that clean cut look. One reason I have only given it 4* is two emails begging me to review the product (and its on the box too). I have used three things. The cake leveller and both icing spatulas. I would have left a review, probably in another six weeks once I had chance to use everything a couple of times. However, it is a very good looking piece of kit and is great for those just starting out and needing the must have items for cake decorating.

Amazing product for baking .

I don't bake professionally or anything, but every time I try and decorate cakes nicely, it doesn't go well, so I decided to finally buy myself a cake turntable and decorating kit. Mainly for the turntable, spatulas and icing levelers. I couldn't have made a better choice as a first time buy! The equipment is made of very durable, sturdy plastic which is brilliant as it's not at all bendy or flimsy and very easy to clean. The turntable moves very fluidly, and the wooden-handled spatulas have really lovely wooden handles and are very well made. They also send you a free PDF with the basics of making a sponge cake and several different forms of icing which is really lovely. I didn't realize this, but they also send you a cake leveler for evenly cutting off the tops of cakes which is pretty awesome, they even send you a small card with instructions on how to use it, which is incredibly handy if you've not used one yet (like me). Definitely would recommend anyone looking for their first or a new kit to decorate cakes.

As someone who's never baked before I found this an incredibly comprehensive baking kit for beginners. The turntable makes it so easy to get a nice neat finish when icing the cake, the disposable icing bags aren't as wide as I'd like, makes it quite messy to put icing in but that's minor and the cake levelling instrument isnt the best either, but on the whole, its a wonderful kit for aspiring bakers.

Wirklich ein tolles Set für die Hobbybäcker, welche sich nur all Schaltjahr mal ein einer Torte versuchen. Hier reicht das Set vollkommen aus. Allerdings Eiert der Drehteller leider etwas.
