This little thing cured all my audio problems in Windows 11 and has given me great wi-fi as a bonus.
After nearly 12 months of stuttering, glitchy audio on my Dell 3030 PC I was just about at the end of my tether and at a total loss as to what was causing it. I'd tried most of the latency work arounds floating around on the net and nothing seemed to improve matters. What I did know was that by disabling the wi-fi adapter the glitches were less but audio was basically still unlistenable. I use an ifi Uno USB DAC for audio which should be pretty good for not too much outlay. When using an app called Latency Monitor, it always reported that my system was not able to play real time audio due to excessive latency but with no real clue as to what was the real cause. Then I found an app called WTools and this had a DPC latency monitor built in, this reported that ndis.sys (Win 11) was excessively high. A bit of web searching suggested it might be being caused by the network adapter which seemed to tie into the fact that I had to disable the wi-fi element in Windows Device Manager to get any sort of audio out. After a bit more research I decided to try an Intel AX210 wi-fi adapter too see if it would make any difference. All I had to make sure was that the interface was for PCIe NGFF M2 2230 A/E key and not cnvio or cnvio v2, this adapter from GigaPlus fitted the bill exactly. The adapter arrived next day and I set about installing it, my god this thing is so small, especially the antenna connectors. Before doing anything I downloaded the Intel drivers for the card to a known directory on my PC, then I uninstalled the RealTek RTL 8852BE in device manager along with the Bluetooth adapter. After shutting the computer down I started the install, the worst part was reinstalling the PC antennas onto the new card, I'm a 70 year old with poor eyesight but if I can do it anyone can, just take your time and be gentle. With the card fitted and PC booted I ran the Intel driver installer and everything went sweet as a nut, card was immediately recognised. The only configuration left to do was set up the wi-fi, SSID and password and bingo everything sprung into life after disconnecting the Ethernet cable from the PC. I had to re-pair the Bluetooth mouse, I had used a USB mouse while doing the configuration in Windows. I can say that I'm extremely pleased with the performance of the adapter, I can get the full speed of my 300 fibre broadband across wi-fi now. without any instability or dropping of connection. Now back to the original audio issue, to say that I'm happy is an understatement, no more glitchy audio and all the Latency monitors report no issues, hooray!!! I can honestly recommend this adapter from GigaPlus, it comes in a little box with clear plastic packaging inside that contains the adapter, instructions (which I never bothered to read if I'm honest), a screwdriver and two fixing screws. A great purchase!!

Delivers!
Excellent way to upgrade a laptop or PC with fast Wifi and Bluetooth. I had an old HP which had a spare slot for a wifi card and I wanted to free up the USB slot I had my existing USB wifi adapter in. I also needed bluetooth so this card made sense as it does both. I had existing antenna cables on my motherboard so just popped the card in and plugged the two antenna cables on. The kit comes with a screwdriver and two screws (one spare) for keeping the M.2 card in place. Booted up and Intel drivers detected and installed immediately. Did a speed test - about 250mbit down and 100 up - pretty happy with that as my AP is not that new and expect this will got faster. Bluetooth worked fine too. This card doesn't need any special BIOS support, unlike some cheaper Intel models. Recommended.

Good buy. Bit expensive.
Works brilliantly in the Framework Laptop 13 inch AMD AI 5 350. Good replacement for the Mediatek one that was installed. Excellent speeds and never drops signal. Easy to install, just slot into the M.2 slot and screw it in. Bit on the dearer end so not sure if it's the best value for money. Might get one for my new PC though, as that one comes with a Mediatek chipset too.

Card was good, but beware of laptop firmware whitelists.....
I haven't really had a chance to experience the card in and of itself given the circumstances I found myself in (more detail in the next few paragraphs) so all I can say about this card is that the bluetooth functionality seemed to work nicely, and the physical condition the card came in was fantastic with no perceivable issues, but with no actual experience of using the WiFi functionality of this card, the maximum I could give is a 4 star. In terms of what I found myself in, I personally have an HP Pavilion 15-ec1006na Gaming Laptop running on an AMD Ryzen 7 4800H. I read online that the Intel AX200 and AX210 WiFi cards are solid upgrades to the current Realtek RTL8822CE card I have. The Realtek card I currently have has served me well but I have definitely seen some weird stability issues with it and so recently I've been on the hunt for an upgrade, and I chose the Intel AX210 as this card was the higher end of the two, and at the end of the day both are meant to work with AMD systems anyway. Fast forward to when I got the card, I installed it into my system, replacing the previous Realtek RTL8822CE I had. I didn't remove any drivers considering I didn't install them in the first place, however I would advise others who read this, if possible, to remove their old network card drivers, as you never know what random issues you may run into. For me though, Windows was pretty good as differentiating between my old Realtek and this new Intel card, as in Device Manager the old Realtek card was noted as disconnected, so no problem on that part. However, my Intel AX210 did not even show up as a new device in Device Manager. All that showed up was an Unknown Device, and upon further analysis, that device was showing to be supposedly connected over a USB connection, which was weird since I didn't have any USB devices connected at the time. Through later research I found out that the part of the AX210 that handles Bluetooth communicates with the system over a USB interface/protocol which is why Device Manager showed it as supposedly connected over USB. I connected my phone to my laptop and switched on USB tethering so my laptop could get an internet connection, with my goal being for windows update to install the correct driver for this Unknown Device, and sure enough the Unknown Device turned into "Intel(R) Bluetooth(R)" so the info I found was correct. Again, the bluetooth aspect of this card seemed to work completely OK. Shifting focus to the WiFi side of things, the WiFi portion of the AX210 operates over the PCIe interface, and in device manager there were no new devices it found. In fact, Windows was acting as if no new device was ever connected in the first place. Long story short, some more research revealed to me that it is very likely that my UEFI (some may recognise as BIOS) has a whitelist that only allows certain types of WiFi cards approved by the manufacturer, and unfortunately it is an extremely risky procedure to go modifying the UEFI as an end user, so that's out of the question. Hence at the time of me writing this review I am in the process of returning this card. I am considering getting the AX200 instead as unlike the AX210 not being certified by HP at all (at least from what I could see online), the AX200 with the SPS number L35282-005 is actually listed in the Service Manuals for many HP laptops as a replacement WiFi card authorised by HP, and furthermore it seems people have had more success getting the AX200 up and running on HP systems in general, let alone my specific system, thus leading me to this decision. I hope this helps those who are a bit confused on the compatibility side of things. Generally this card is meant to work nicely with AMD systems like mine, and there are many posts online of people that have had success with pairing the AX210 with their AMD system, but unfortunately some like me have to bear with the whitelisting that manufacturers like HP have decided to implement in their consumer systems.

Simple Replacement
The Killer 1535 on my Dell finally failed, and replacement with this was simple, although I had to remove the graphics card for access. The antenna connectors were a little fiddly but are secure enough. The difference in performance using Wifi6 is a bonus. After install I checked Intel website and downloaded latest drivers rebooted and all was good. A speedtest via Starlink gave 320Mb/s. Very pleased.

Installato in pochi minuti.
