Why did you pick this product vs others?: I purchased this item because I grill a lot on the Blackstone and my hands get tired when grinding peppercorns over a large amount of food. When I got the item, I was immediately impressed with not only the look, but how long the battery held a charge for grinding. The unit activates whenever you turn it over to season your food and turns off when you set it back down. The battery lasts long enough for me to grill for several hours without needing a charge. About five months after I bought the units, the ceramic grinding stone cracked and caused the unit to be non-functioning. I contacted customer service and truly have to say that the customer service actually exceeds the quality of the product which is awesome in itself. I was immediately contacted back so that they could get the replacement shipped out and received the replacement within just a couple of days. I can’t recommend this product enough and would buy these again as gifts for other people.

I bought this item last October and it worked great. It was easy to use, and looked great on the counter. Unfortunately one of the grinders stopped working. I contacted the seller and they immediately offered a refund so I can repurchase a replacement. I love when a company is fast to respond and quick to fix any issues that may arise.

These grinders are great! To adjust the grind size is so easy, just an easy turn of a knob on the top. Easy even for a 71 year old woman with terrible arthritis and nerve damage in my hands and wrists. They are also very easy to fill and they are quite attractive as well! They are rechargeable so I don't yet know how long the charge will last. I charged them for the first time last week and have been using them every day. They are very sturdy and do exactly what they detail in the description. The acrylic clear part is not thin at all and feels more like glass. They are just so EASY. Turn on, lift and turn upside down and it starts grinding. Turn upright and it stops. They even have a light so you can see the size of the grind and how much you are adding to the food. Simply put, one of the best products I have ever bought. They were packed well for shipping and arrived early.

I’ve had these for a little over a year and I’d say they’re ok. The batteries come loose unexplainably sometimes, but it’s an easy fix. You do have to clean the spout after using it on certain settings because it can get clogged up. But for the price they work great, are super easy to refill and use. They are quite tall and a little bulky so not the best if you have limited cabinet space!

I bought a set of these few years ago and they're wonderful. One of mine was dropped and will no longer function, so rather than buy something else, I purchased another set. Decent price, excellent product. Has a light and is easy to fill.

Works well, especially since the arthritis in my hands makes the traditional pepper grinder difficult to use some days.

Got these a year ago and I absolutely loved them…however just a few months later the pieces of one of them started breaking off inside. Made me sad. Really love them when they were working!

The one I'd been using for salt died. Not like the batteries died. The entire thing just stopped working. I think the motor in it either seized up or died out. I bought these February of 2024 and by March of 2025 the salt shaker gave up the ghost. Now, when they worked, I loved them. Absolutely loved them! We ALL did. The clear plastic display allowed us to easily see how much was left inside. They're a good size and hold a decent amount of salt or pepper and they fit well in your hands and their design allowed for easy filling and changing the batteries. Occasionally the pepper one would push through a larger chunk of peppercorn but it's not a huge deal and for the most part, the grind accuracy was spot on. One of the best features (after the self grinding design) is the light that comes on when it's being used. The salt one worked well up until it died. These things EAT batteries. And they each take 6 AAAs so it's a lot. Now, I think the salt one died prematurely because the salt has an electrical charge to it. We always replaced the batteries in the salt one far more frequently than the pepper one and we used the pepper one far more frequently than the salt one. But I whole heartedly believe that the electrical charge to the salt actually shorted out the motor in that one. It doesn't matter. In the end, one of them died out just after a year of use and that was a bummer. We are still using the pepper one and it's very helpful because we use A LOT of pepper and it saves us from having to crank on the old fashioned wood ones. On that note, we had bought these to replace those wood ones and I'm really glad I didn't throw those away because look where I am now...back to the wood one for salt anyway. I'm a little mad about the salt shaker dying early. I can't replace the one without buying them both again and I don't want to bother with a new set if the salt one is just going to short out on me again. I paid $24 for these and got about a year's use out of one of them. I don't know how to fix this or anything. I just wanted to come on here and share my experience. Other than the one dying out, they were really great to own and use but I can't pay that much money for another set, knowing the salt shaker will just consume batteries after batteries and that it'll die out within a year. I'm not trying to be lazy or anything but it hurts to use an old fashioned salt grinder because of arthritis in my hands and these were a godsend when they worked because all you had to do was tip them upside down and they did all the work. At least the pepper one still works, I guess.

I'd been looking for a good pepper grinder for a long time and found this. I'm using it for about 4 weeks now and it works great. Nice design, perfect size and easy to use just with one hand!
