Nice look, quality of the material used is really good, easy to install, all the necessary components were neatly packed & arranged, Remote has all the required controls, functionality is perfect, easy to pair. Wind circulation is perfect. Colour & design enhances the room, This review is after the usage of just a day, will share the review after some usage, may be after 3 months, thanking Amazon for this good offer.

I purchased 2 Polycab ceiling fans on 2nd May 2025 from Amazon, expecting decent product quality and reliable after-sales support, but unfortunately, it has been a very frustrating experience. Within just one month, one of the fans stopped working. I initially raised a complaint via email, but received no response at all. I then called customer service and finally got a service engineer visit. He diagnosed it as a motor issue and assured us someone would come the next day to repair it. Shockingly, the same evening I received a message that the service request was closed, citing the product as 'out of warranty' – for a fan that was purchased just a month ago and clearly comes with a 3+1 year warranty. The issue was never resolved, and they closed the complaint without any follow-up. I raised another service request on 10th June 2025, and to date, no engineer has visited, nor have I received any update. Every time I call, I’m told the issue will be resolved within 48 hours, which is clearly not true. This has been a terrible customer service experience, and I’m extremely disappointed in both Polycab for their complete lack of support and Amazon for allowing such unreliable brands on their platform. Customers deserve better. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing Polycab products, especially from sellers who can’t ensure basic post-sales service.

5 stars listing down some realtime experiences after few days of use- 1. Pricing- Average, but cheaper than any other brand and excellent efficiency. 3. Noise- Decent noise that won’t bother you during sleep at all. 4. Wind flow- Distribution of wind is decent but personally feel that power is comparatively lower than Atomberg fan that I have in other room and that cause less impact when summers are on its peak. Again don’t forget the cost which is decently cheaper. 5. Remote- Nice in look and have adaptive buttons. Special mention that its an IR remote which works from every angle (unlike Atomberg fan remote which requires limited angle to operate). 6. Design- within price segment design and features are okay but missing attractive LED lights which could be added to make it more attractive. Re-review: Another model with same design including LED is available on Amazon. Conclusion- Okay for small size rooms and not for living room or hall, ofcourse there will be requirement of 2 or more fans. Not for buyer who specifically require LED but design is nice if you can ignore LEDs. Worth buying in this price segment even better.

Fan is good and low noice.... Speed is awesome. Funtion light is missing, over all i will give 4 out 5. Dust collecting more than usual.

Good product,good air delivery, sometimes a less noise noticed . After buying the fan with in 5 days fan has as stoped . And there is no movements i sented email to polycab there is no reply from there side . Finally I contacted customer care they provided a service agent and he change the unit and now it's working. I'm so happy to the customer support of polycab . Anyway the fan is excellent in the price range...

Product are good but company said to 3+1 year warrenty that is wrong. Only 3 years warrenty provide by company. 1 year extended is Purely fake thing, Not to be customer care support we'll.
