The unit seems to work as it should the reason I say that is because my 50 watt CO2 laser is in a cool basement 67 degrees F and right now the weather is cold, so it is difficult to tell how well it will work in 80 degree temps. It arrived in perfect condition well packaged, the only assembly is to connect the water lines and plug it in. No the reason for 4 stars is the description is incorrect. The description is for a CW-5202 not a CW-5200 this chiller has only 1 set of hose connections not 2 as in the description. It is a CW-5200 what I needed so don’t buy this chiller if you need to connect 2 pieces of equipment.

Being an industrial automation engineer by trade. I will tell you *this chiller* is PROPER. How can you tell outside me saying so? 1. It actually lists all pertenant specification an engineer needs to determine if it is suitable for your case... BTU, *built in pumps* flow rate, wattage and maximum head/lift height. Sight glass. Removable and clean able air filter, an alarm signal output..for flow..over temp, under temp, broken water temp sensor detection, broken ambient air sensor detection..set point hysteresis. This is a true blue industrial style chiller clearly designed to be integrated Into a system. It was a few bucks more than the consumer grade chillers I had been looking at..(the ones that only list how my HP the chiller is)...and we'll o. That scale..it nearly a 1hp chiller..again a credit to truth..it lists its self as like 0.9xHp...when you know everyone else is inflating thier claims..that tells you this one is NOT.👌💯
