I found this product disappointing. The nail trimming didn’t work well, if you have strong nails they don’t cut easily and leaves jagged edges. The nail buffing wheel files the nails unevenly, and doesn’t reach the base of the nails either. It didn’t function as intended for me, and it’s not worth the price unfortunately.

Overall, I was impressed with this 2-in-1 nail cutter. The cutting function does the job, it files the nails down effectively. However, it doesn't work very well on long nails, I ended up cutting the length of my nail with clippers and then using this tool to file down the rest. The polishing disc worked very well, I used this to smooth the ends of my nails after filing and to polish the tops of my nails. It left my nails nice and shiny and the ends smooth. All the nail clippings from filing were collected in the machine and it was easy to clean this out.
