Easy & tasty, even on their own
Used for a Capodanno meal, but I would eat these any day. So easy compared to cooking lentils from scratch (whenever I cook them they turn to mush), and tastier. Anything I've ordered from Biona is great. Being organic (hopefully) is the icing on the cake.

Good quality green lentils.
Product was delivered promptly and at a good price. Lovely to be able to buy green lentils as not every supermarket stocks them. I used them in a lentil bolognese.
