Works well
This gave me the lift I needed for my F150. Installation was easy with, using my pair of C-clip pliers.

Works great on my Pittsburgh 3 ton long reach
Needed to jack my car up higher to get the transmission out. Worked great. Was kinda sketched out by not having a proper way to secure the extension together so I drilled some hols and inserted a pin. Can't go wrong with a little extra caution, especially when jacking up a car VERY high

It's a nice extension, but..
Why 2 stars? It gets the 2 because it does do the job if you're careful and can be a permanent lifting option, but I removed the other 3 stars for 2 main reasons;1. Non-standard surface. The round disc is actually a bit dangerous compared to a flat try like on any other jack. There are not raised edges increasing the risk of slippage and damage to your vehicle.2. Dangerous jack-pad. Do not use that thing. I tested on a small height increase to see if it would slip and it did. Had I raised my vehicle all the way it would have slipped off completely when lowering costing thousands in damage to my car. (YouTube: "jack pad slipping car damaged" to see similar)

Great addition to the floor jack
For a 2009 honda accord, the extra 2 inches gives the 3 ton arcan aluminum floor jack the height to make working under the car easier. Using the front center jack point, the 6 inch extension is too tall, but I could use it as a second stage lift maybe for an extra inch or two.For the 2009 honda accord, the round protruded front center jack point requires metal to metal contact for the arcan jack to position itself as the car is lifted with this extension, and the rubber cover can't be used because it slips off the smaller circumference extension head.Safety first, be careful, always watch and listen to what is happening during the lift process. The larger circumference lift surface on the arcan works fine with a rubber protector. So this is a great add on to the 3 ton arcan aluminum floor jack and extends its capabilities greatly.
