Subtle, low maintenance lighting along the path!
I was looking for a bit of subtle light along a short backyard path, and thought these would work. The four pack arrived with some assembly required - the stakes need to be put together then pushed into holes in the bottom of each piece. This took a few seconds per piece, with little effort. Per the instructions, they can also just be placed on hard surfaces rather than put into the ground as needed.Shortly after opening the box, I turned one of them on to test it - it works already, despite not being charged in sunlight. Pretty impressive! The light is there, but not super bright as it's four small LED lights, so I think it will work well for my purposes.It's dusk, and I just tucked them into their new home. Waving a hand over the face is enough to trigger the light to come on, and it turns off again just as easily.Update: A month after install, and they're still going strong. They do fade out as the night continues, but I'm also using them in a primarily shady area - full sunlight may give a longer duration of charging.

Great price but don't shine very bright.
I bought these to place under four fairly new trees to shine light up on them to add ambiance at night. Although this is a good price for 4 lights, they are somewhat cheaply made. The material is light and the stakes are not very sturdy either. There is an on/off switch on the back. They just don't shine very brightly. I would not buy them again, but I did give them a 3 because they are cheap and they might work better in a smaller area...maybe on a deck where people will be sitting nearby.

A little disappointing
Great idea. Just what I needed but the first four I ordered only two ever worked. Ordered four more because that's the way I am and one quit working fairly soon. Disappointing.

Great but didnt last long
Loved them at first!! But after some time we only have one left still operating. These are pricey and i Wish they lasted longer!

Lights a bright - ground stakes are cheap plastic
very bright and stays on for hours. however, the ground stakes are very cheap plastic.

Only 3 of the 4 lights worked
Only 3 of the 4 lights worked upon arrival. Tried playing with the switch and also let them charge in direct sunlight and still wasn’t able to get the 1 light to work. Disappointed!

I love the lights however one is inoperative, can you send a replacement?

They work as advertised, I should say 3 of the 4 work.
