As I get older, my feet start to do crazy things no matter what width or support (or expense) my shoes provide. No one cares until you also have some issues. One of my bunions was heading towards a hammer-toe, and that is not good at all. Yes, I researched this. Yes I know the problem is anterio-dorsal to my big toe. But I needed something NOW to prevent my toes from rubbing together and creating more problems (blisters? sores?).I just bought these on a whim, because they seemed simple and small enough to wear under my socks. To my delight, these are just about exactly what I was looking for. My ugly big toe stays separated from my other equally ugly (index?) toe. The material is soft and I wore this all day with no problems. The pad between the toes is just large enough to keep them separate, without causing any toe stress (do toes get stressed?) making the entire device comfortable. It does have a thin padding over the bunion itself which is fine, but if you are having lots of pain there, these might not be enough for you. They absolutely DO NOT straighten your toes/foot as shown in the image. But they are good enough for me. Will they last? I'll let y'all know.Update 1: These are more comfy in shoes that have a big toe box, rather than a "stretchy" toe box. Also, you'll really need a bunch of them so you can always use clean ones. I'm still liking mine.

This item was comfortable to wear in a show however I could only tolerate about 4 hours and had to remove them as they felt tighter. Just my perspective.

I am not sure why this item doesn’t have better reviews. These have helped me tremendously with my bunions. A few months ago I started getting foot pain and noticed my big toe crossing over my other toe.After doing research I figured out I am starting to get a bunions, so it is just in the beginning stages. I bought a few different toe spacers for all my toes and just my bunions. They have helped to a degree but not all the way.I came across these bunion correctors and they have helped so much. They are comfortable to wear all day with sandals or shoes. When I went on a recent vacation I walked around a lot on the trip and these helped me have very little foot discomfort when being on my feet for hours.If your bunions are minor I think these are a wonderful find. I’m buying another set so I can wear them at night!

It works fine I wear around house but not so good in all shoes

I lost one of them, so I've only been using one on my right foot since that's the one causing me those most discomfort. As you can see from the photo, my right foot now has a gap between my big toe and the next toe like it should and on my other foot the big toe is touching the next toe since I haven't been using the corrector. I also feel less pain where my bunion is since wearing this.

My doctor said there is not a scientific fact that these work

It fits my foot weird and bothers me if I keep it on all night while I sleep.
