I was looking for a way to alleviate bringing 3 bags to work every day (laptop bag, lunch bag, gym bag) and this fit the bill. While it doesn't really have enough room for all my gym stuff, it does fit everything I need for work as well as my lunch and a water bottle. The quality is pretty good and there are several pockets. The included pill case and lunch containers are pretty nice as well. My ONLY complaint, is the way the bag sits on my back--a problem that may be specific to my build. FWIW, I'm 6ft ~200lbs and fit. I wish this bag was a little taller and not so wide when the lunch box was in there. It isn't as comfortable as my laptop backpack because of this, and also because the straps are as bolstered. However, this is not a deal breaker for me--if it was, I'd return it! For ~$40ish it is well worth it. I bought and returned some other bags on amazon that were nearly the same price and terrible quality. Hope it lasts my daily use!

it holds a lot of stuff and appears to hold a good amount of weight I use it everyday for my lunch it keeps my lunch cool the lunch boxes at super big butts big enough.if you're a big eater you're not going to be able to fit everything in there so a lot of times I'll bring food that doesn't need to be refrigerated and then just put part of my food in the cooler.one of the side zippers already ripped off I don't know if I snagged it or not seems pretty well made mostly I'm I've been using it for a few weeks now. I just took away one star because of the way that the zippers kind of get caught when you're trying to close the cooler pouch inside of the backpack and that's the side ripped off I'm still using it still usable it's not ugly or anything I guess I could probably get it repaired at the seamstress

Summary: If you are wanting to get into the Meal Prep lifestyle, there is nothing wrong with starting with this pack. For the money it's not a bad deal at all.Sized as a DayPack. 650ML/22OZ/0.68QT sized containers. I also bought 28OZ containers, they will only fit 2, if I jam them in sideways.I also bought Fit & Fresh Cool Coolers Slim Reusable Ice Packs for Lunch Boxes, Lunch Bags and Coolers, Set of 4, Blue and they lean smallish but fit in the cooler part just fine.Plastic zippers. Carries a 15" laptop easy enough - needs padding at the bottom of the laptop pocket.Worth the $40 ? Absolutely !

I love this bag. I work in a plant & got tired to carrying a purse & a lunch bag. I wanted a bag with a cooler & almost resorted to a diaper bag! Haha then I stumbled upon this and had to have it. I pack my lunch in the handy containers and put them in cooler & put that into fridge over night. I have plenty of room for the life supplies of a woman in the bag, with a change of clothes if need be. I recommend moms to get this as a diaper bag that has to transport ready made bottles. My food stays cold & would be great for those bottles & all the room for clothes and diapers. this was my HAPPG BIRTHDAY TO ME present & I LOVE IT

Rarely do I ever leave reviews on anything, this product is amazing. Sure it’s just a backpack, but it went far beyond my expectations.I used to carry my laptop, gym clothes, and food separately and get irritated doing so. This is the best thing I could’ve got. So many compartments and room inside the backpack, along with build quality, makes this the perfect item I needed. It also came with some small extra prizes inside the bag.The price on this is amazing for how many things you get and the quality of the overall build. There is plenty of room for food, clothes, laptop, and any other accessories you want to bring. So seriously stop looking around and buy this backpack!

I have had this bag for about a month now, it is comfortable, it fits all of my stuff, it looks nice. The only issue I have encountered is the zipper on the lunch bag, it gets stuck around the top corner, which is very annoying, but for the price I paid, I really can't complain. I use this bag every morning to go to the gym then to work. I have taken it on planes for work trips, it really is a great bag for the price, I would buy it again!

I ordered this bag for my husband so he could fit everything in one bag to go to work. With a laptop bag, lunch bag, coffee, keys, and various other needs every morning for work it was difficult for him to carry everything out to the car without dropping something. This bag has been perfect for him! He can throw his laptop, lunch, work necessities, and everything in the bag and throw it over his shoulder and head to work. His coffee fits right in the side pocket so he doesn't even have to worry about spilling it or leaving the cup on top of his car and driving off. This backpack is well worth it!

I ordered this bag for my boyfriend who’s a truck driver and he absolutely loves it!! Your entire day can be packed into this bag including your meals. The containers that come with the lunch bag portion that fits into the backpack are of great quality and the ice pack that’s included keeps food cold all day! I’m an amateur bodybuilder who meal preps. I’ve had several of expensive meal prep bags that are nice, but this bag is even better and nowhere near as expensive. I had to order one for myself and I LOVE IT! So much can be packed into this bag. It expands with many departments and pockets!
