Brought this as a gym aid, upgrading from Oppo Enco Buds 2 (which are much better than OP Buds), Sounds good, Just Setup so may edit once I have tinkered settings. In a nutshell can't beat TWS, this is a alternate use and should be appreciated accordingly. The case was completely discharged on opening a sealed box and hence it's not usable out of the box, the earphones had 60% charge, but without the case could not pair initially, Easy to connect Bluetooth waise and use High quality AAC, Easy on the ears design wise not, not heavy at all. Good call clarity and better then my oppo enco for calls.

I received ARC Buds today via Amazon. It looks like a used product they have shipped me. For the following reasons. 1. No tape on charging points. Not a new product 2. Letters on the casing look worn out. Used product 3. The charging light O has one part missing. Used and defective 4. I tried it. And it got disconnected twice in a span of 10 minutes. I had to reconnect. Defective. I tried to raise the issue with Amazon but their portal doesn't accept uploading of pictures easily. Took me more than an hour and multiple attempts to upload two pics. But then keeps taking me to a page where it prompts me to talk to an AI chat agent which doesn't support anything. I am stuck in a loop. I have no clue if Amazon will get back to me fir replacement. Called the company's support line. They have an automated message to drop an email. No live agent to address any issue. The product looks like a cheap import from China. Heavy on the ears, feels tight after a few minutes and the sound is average. Frustrated with the product, company and Amazon experience. Never buy a product which they won't refund.

Feels comfortable on ear, noise cancellation is decent, spatial audio works well, excellent bluetooth range, longer battery life. Overall very happy with the product

The Good: Weightless fit—you'll forget they’re on. Battery life is a tank, and the sound is actually crisp for open-ear. ​The Bad: The "Spatial Audio" is a total gimmick—don't bother. Dual pairing is glitchy, and the Bluetooth lag is real. ​Verdict: Buy for the comfort, stay for the battery, but expect the "smart" features to flop.

Great noise isolation, sound quality and noise isolation despite being an OWS. My previous OWS was Beats Airdopes and this is a serious upgrade from that. Would recommend to all who want to prioritise their cochlear health. The size and fit are good both for me and my wife because of the OWS design. Bulky case is the only drawback as of now. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.
