Product was damaged but still works

I gave it a 4 because the locking pin is to short for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma hitch/receiver. It does not extend far enough to get the locking section to go in all the way so it will not lock. Everything else was as advertised.

Welding issue
Weld was missing on one of the three ball hitches. The depth bracket is strong and well built. Just concerned to use this ball pulling loads.
