It’s ok, not the best
It’s no different than any other toothpaste - I haven’t noticed any major changes since using it either. I do like that it’s not too strong of a mint flavor so it doesn’t have that burning or tingling sensation, but as a toothpaste as a whole, there are other better options

The best thing about this toothpaste is that it's free from added artificial preservatives, it helps combat bad breath throughout the day. It contains 1450 ppm of sodium fluoride, which is effective in cavity prevention. Regular use lifts yellow stains.
