Bose Sound Dock Series II remote replacement
The media could not be loaded. The battery was challenging to put in, thought I was going to break it. I used the CV2032 battery. The only buttons I can get to work are the volume button and to turn it on and off (aka pressing play and off). The skip buttons seem to not work ?

It’s absolute junk.
Used the CR2032 as shown, as soon as I could get the battery case open. Then I couldn’t close the battery case once the battery was in place, correctly place w he positive side up. My battery is now stuck half in and half out. Not worth a cent, save yourself the aggravation.

While I understand this remote did not come with the battery, there was no information about what the correct battery should be. The Amazon bundle contains CR2025 while a picture of the product shows a CR2032. Difficult to open battery compartment.

This works for volume and on/off, but not other functions, as noted by some other customers.
