Beware of some 1 star reviews
There is 1 star review about this reel stating that the handle does not stay on which is wrong. That person does not understand the difference between a "screw-in" handle and the handle with the metal shaft that goes through the reel body. There is no missing piece from the video they provided. It comes with the handle and a cap for the other side. Screw-n handles are far superior compared to the handles that have the metal shaft in terms of of strength, smoothness. That person needs to tighten the handle by holding onto the the rotor and turning the handle until it is snug. I'm only writing this because there is no way to comment on reviews to help them/correct their mistake.

Customer support isn't!!!. I have a Pierce iv 6000 and asked for help with a squeek (via email and voice mail) and got no reply. The reel was nice. Just not them.

I received the product, but it appears to have already been unboxed because the handle was already fixed in place. How did this happen? Also, the reel speed is not smooth.
